This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of the use of pastures and grazing resources for the purposes not related to grazing of cattle. It specifies that local authorities shall be granted the right to allocate pastures and grazing resources for payment in accordance with contracts for use of pastures and grazing resources for purposes not related to grazing of cattle.

These Regulations make provision for the registration of common land and town or village greens under Part 1 of the Commons Act 2006. They apply to the registration areas (as defined in these Regulations) of the commons registration authorities in England specified in Schedule 1. Registers shall be kept by commons registration authorities.

This Regulation, consisting of 17 sections divided into five Parts, implements the Land Protection (Pest and Stock Route Management) Act 2002. Part 2 specifies which pests can be declared pests under the Act and approves the location of building lines for fences. Part 3 concerns stock routes and their management.

A Regulation to prohibit certain activities on crown property and to provide for the control of movement of animals on such property.

The Order sets out requirement standards for good agricultural and environmental conditions in order for farmers to comply with regulations on granted subsidy for land development, in accordance to the Rural Development Programme for the period 2007-2013.

The present Regulation implements sections 79-81 of the Range Act applying to Crown range. In particular, it deals with applications for a licence, grazing permit or hay cutting permit. The text consists of 20 sections divided into 5 Parts as follows: Definitions and interpretation (1); Notice and award of licences and permits (2); Fees (3); Reporting (4); Range districts (5).

Areas of public forest and pasture maybe leased to public or private entities through public biddings. The designated bodies for examining and approving the awards, rules of procedure, and the type of activities allowed on these areas are provided for in the Instruction.

This Order aims to help promote grazing and thereby to ensure environmental value. The Danish AgriFish Agency shall regulate such provisions and allocate a funding framework of 15 million DKK to support grazing projects that can contribute to achieving the objectives of this Order.

The Order aims to provide subsidy to clear overgrown areas which need preparation for grazing in order to ensure improvement of conservation of habitats and species in specifically designated areas set out by Natura2000.

These Regulations reserved lands as a lay or common for the pasturage of animals. The number and kind of animals that may be pastured at any time on any of the lands by any individual owner shall be determined by the Council Committee.

Høgfjells in North Gudbrandsdal is an area allocated for lamb seasonal grazing. Lamb production from there encompasses municipalities of Dovre, Lesja, Lom, Oppland, Skjåk and Lom. A significant portion of this grazing area should be higher than 800 m. within said geographical landmark.
