This Regional Decree is composed of five Chapters divided in 32 articles. It provides a new regime on rural land parcelling, setting criteria to select projects, buyers and beneficiaries for the lands. It also rules on the institutional attributions to check its implementation.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of the Thai Binh province. This plan shall be closely combined with the rational exploitation and protection of natural resources and ecological environment.The plan, among other things, shall: adopt policies on the management and rational use of natural resources, especially land, water sources, minerals, submerged forests; prevent and effectively handle acts causing environmental pollution; and invest in the collection, recycling and treatment of waste.

These Regulations amend the Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Schemes (Cross Compliance) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 in definitions and with respect to the Soil Management Good Agricultural and Environmental Condition requirement in the Schedule. They also make consequential amendments to the principal Regulations where references are made to the Council Regulation (EC) No. 73/2009.

Su cambio de nombre por el de Corporación de la Reforma Agraria, amplía el campo de acción de la Caja.

The present Regulations are made under the Saskatchewan Farm Security Act which affords protection to farmers against loss of their farm land. In particular, the Regulations provide fo the correct and efficient enforcement of some provisions contained in the afore-mentioned Act, especially pertaining to financial issues.

This Decree establishes the modalities of cadastre valuation of agricultural land and updating its data related to plots of agricultural land allotted to agricultural organizations, including peasant farms and for subsistence farming purposes. Cadastre valuation of agricultural land shall be conducted on 1 January of the year of performance of cadastre valuation. Cadastre valuation of agricultural land shall be performed by initiative of State Property Committee at least once in 10 years.

This Decree establishes the modalities of cadastre valuation of agricultural land and updating its data related to plots of agricultural land allotted for urban and peri-urban agriculture to horticulture and gardening cooperatives, and also the land or urban areas. Cadastre valuation of agricultural land shall be conducted on 1 July of the year of performance of cadastre valuation. Cadastre valuation of the aforesaid land categories shall be performed by initiative of State Property Committee at least once in 4 years.

This Act provides for the establishment of the Land Development Board and defines its composition and functions, which include to direct the District Committees for the preparation of draft schemes and approve them, to advise Government on the strategies to be followed for land and water conservation as well as eco-restoration, etc.The Act also establishes District Committees, a Padasekharam Committee, and a Watershed committee.The Act sets out procedures for the preparation, and contents of, Land Development Schemes which shall provide for: control and prevention of soil erosion; preservat

This Law, which consists of 8 articles, is codified to amend and add a number of supplementary provisions to the Law of 21 June 1995 on Preserving the Land Use of Farms and Gardens. The main rules of the afore-mentioned Law on Preserving the Land Use of Farms and Gardens remain unchanged and some detailed regulations have been amended or added by this Law. In particular, the Law adds 6 articles (articles 7 to 12) to the said Law. Accordingly, providing that any public service and infrastructure in farms and gardens may be allowed only after official authorization for land use change.
