Ce décret porte, en annexe, partie réglementaire du livre III (nouveau) du Code rural: de l'article R 313 à l'article R 361-52. Les dispositions sont réparties en 6 titres, à savoir: Dispositions générales (I); Différentes formes juridiques de l'exploitation agricole (II); Contrôle des structures et de la production (III); Financement des exploitations agricoles (IV); Exploitations agricoles en difficulté (V); Calamités agricoles (VI).

The Degree, aiming at a better protection of waters and water basins from nitrate pollution, completes paragraphs a and b, article 2 of Ministerial Joint Decree No. 19652/1906/1999, as amended by Ministerial Joint Decree No. 20419/2522 of 2001, by adding to the Catalogue of vulnerable zones, the Asopos river basin, in the region of Boeotia. The delimitation of area is delimited on a map attached to this Decree.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto mejorar la estructura de las explotaciones agrarias de regadío en Extremadura, mediante el establecimiento de instrumentos jurídicos que permitan incrementar las dimensiones de aquellas explotaciones sin una base territorial suficiente, e impedir las divisiones de la propiedad que producirían nuevas parcelas de superficie menor al umbral de rentabilidad. La Ley establece un Registro de Explotaciones Agrarias de Regadío que deberá identificar y recoger todos los datos referentes a dichas explotaciones.

The National Environment Policy (NEP) is a multi-sectoral instrument whose vision is to reach environmental sustainability for the Republic of Mauritius and to ensure a clean and healthy environment. The specific objectives to be attained in this field include the following: Conservation of Environmental Resources; integration of environmental concerns in economic and social development; development of environmental ethics in citizens. The policy recognizes the right of every person to a clean and healthy environment.

This Act allows the Department of Agriculture to establish agricultural preserves, contains rules governing administration and establishment of preserves, grants authority to the Department to enter into contracts with landowners to limit the use of agricultural land for preservation purposes and provides for relief from the provisions of such contracts.The following lands may be included in an agricultural reserve: (a) land devoted to recreational use; (b) a wildlife habitat area; and (c) a submerged area.

These Regulations amend the Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Schemes (Cross Compliance) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 in the requirements associated with Good Agricultural and Environmental Condition (GAEC) regarding irrigation authorisations, undergrazing, field boundaries protection of semi natural habitats and historic monuments.

This Regional Law regulates the allotment, free of charge, of public land plots with delimited ownership and pertaining to the regional or municipal public land stock in ownership to some categories of citizens. The following categories of citizens shall have the right of allotment free of charge of public land in ownership: (a) multi-child families with three or more children; (b) single-parent families with dependent children of minority age with three or more children; and (c) single-parent family with three or more children of minority age, including adopted children.

These Regulations provide for the payment of aid to farmers who undertake to introduce organic farming methods and comply with certain environmental management conditions, pursuant to Article 22 of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1257/1999.
