In order to modernize Cambodia’s agriculture by increasing value added in the sector and promoting agricultural value chain responsiveness to market demand and regional and global competition, the royal government of Cambodia has elaborated the present agricultural extension policy in 2015.

Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Plenary powers of the regional state executive bodies in the sphere of protected areas shall be extended to decision-making related to reservation of land with a view of constituting therein protected areas with subsequent land expropriation and restriction of economic activities”.

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Administration shall be responsible for decision-making related to organization of natural parks of regional significance in conformity with the requirements envisaged by the legislation of the Russian Federation”.

This Notice of the President assigns to the Minister of Lands and Rural Resettlement - (a) the administration of the Acts set out in the Schedule; and (b) the functions conferred or imposed on the Minister save to the extent that those functions have not been assigned to some other Minister. The list of Scheduled Acts includes the Immovable Property (Prevention of Discrimination) Act, the Regional, Town and Country Planning Act, Rural District Councils Act, the Urban Councils Act.

This Decree states that the State Cadastral Fund includes cadastral data and materials regarding designated purpose, borders, configuration, geographical location, legal status and other quantitative and qualitative indicators of all lands in Azerbaijan. All enterprises in Azerbaijan shall submit materials concerning land cadastre, land monitoring and land structure in the manner prescribed by law to the State Committee on Property Issues.

This Decree sets forth provisions on cooperation of the State Committee on Property Issues with other relevant institutes, analysis and update of information related to soil monitoring, project-search and research institutions on the basis of national, regional and local programs, methods and reporting procedures. This Decree states that monitoring of soil is a regular system for early intervention, assessment and elimination of consequences to detect changes in soil fertility properties.

This Decree sets forth provisions on efficient use of land for all land owners, users and lessees, soil operations, protection of environment, soil protection, improvement of natural and man-made landscapes, scientific research and sustainable development. This Decree specifies that land structures consist of complex and economic structure. The scheme and projects on soil operations shall be implemented by the State Committee on Property Issues and the State Committee of Real Estate and Land Issues of the Nakhcevan Autonomous Republic.

This Circular adopts the Manual on Land Survey Procedures. This Manual consisting of 13 Chapters divided into five Parts and completed by XXVI Annexes, establishises this Manual as a useful reference for Geodetic Engineers and Contractors, Land Management Bureau (LMB), Land Management Services (LMS) in the different DENR Regional Offices, the Local Government Units (LGUs) and other stakeholders as it embodies the updated guidelines on the execution of all types of land surveys taking into consideration the technological advances in recent times. Pursuant to DENR Administrative Order No.

Article 8 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional executive body competent in the sphere of conservation, management, promotion and state protection of the objects of cultural heritage shall exercise plenary powers transferred by the Russian Federation and related to the performance of arrangements related to conservation, management and promotion of the objects of cultural heritage of federal significance”.

Article 6 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Government can transfer performance of some plenary powers in the sphere of ensuring soil fertility to specialized branch of regional executive power”.

Amends: Regional Law No. 41-oz “On soil fertility of agricultural land”. (2007-10-31)

The scope of this Regional Law shall be performance of plenary powers of regional state bodies in the sphere of regulation of land relations. Regional Legislative Assembly shall be responsible for: (a) law-making in the sphere of land relations; (b) governance of public land; (c) establishment of case of allotment of public and municipal land free of charge to some categories of citizens; and (d) establishment of the modalities of land valuation.
