This Order establishes rent rates for lease of public land for disposal of solid domestic waste. Rent rates shall be set as percentage of cadastre value of land plots.

This Federal Law regulates relations originating from creation of artificial land plots on waterbodies pertaining to federal property. Artificially created land plot can adjoin existing land plots or be separated therefrom. Initiators of creation of artificial land plots can be federal executive bodies, regional executive bodies, local self-government, natural persons, including individual entrepreneurs, and legal persons. Authorization for creation of artificial land plot shall be granted by the Government, authorized federal executive body and regional executive body.

This Act provides for certain aspects regarding the resumption of land under the powers for and the purposes contained in a State grant. The Minister may make Regulations for carrying out the provisions of this Act. The resumption shall not confer upon any person any right to compensation in respect of the land except for cultivations.

This Act establishes the National Land Fund with the purpose of: a reasonable management of state-owned agricultural, forestry and other lands, promoting ecological agricultural production and economic efficiency, and creating a modern landed property structure based on family farms. Property rights in regard of the Fund are exercised by the Minister in charge of agriculture policy. The activity of the Fund is supervised by the State Audit Office.

Item 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “To establish that in case of trade of the plots of land pertaining to federal property conceded to Presidential Department for Property Management and lower organizations, or the right to conclude lease contracts of the aforesaid plots of land, Presidential Department for Property Management shall be the institutor of such competitive tendering”.

These Regulations restrict the activities of members of the public on licensed water frontages, prescribe fees and forms for the purposes of the Land Act 1958, and provide for the issue of duplicate documents.

This Order establishes that transfer of unforested land to forested land within state forest fund shall be carried out by public forest owner in accordance with the modalities set by this Governmental Order. Felling areas, burnt forest areas, grassy glades and areas of dead vegetation shall be subject to transfer to forested land category after afforestation and reforestation arrangements or natural afforestation and reforestation. Transfer shall be carried out after inspection of the areas by the officials of the authorized forestry institution.

This Order declares the areas, places or premises described in the Schedule to be protected areas for purposes of the Protected Areas Act and stipulates that no person shall be in those areas without permission of the prescribed authority or the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security.

These Rules amend the Government Lands (Forms) Rules by deleting Form J and substituting therefor the form set out in these Rules. The Form concerns an application for an official search of the Government Lands Register.

This Act grants powers upon the Minister to declare, in the interest of public safety or public order, protected areas in which access is limited to authorized persons. The Act also provides for measures of enforcement and protection of areas declared to be protected areas.

This Circular amends and supplements various points of Circular No. 117/2004/TT-BTC guiding the implementation of the Government’s Decree No. 198/2004/ND-CP on land use levy collection.Point 1, Section IV, Part A on land prices used for land use levy calculation has been supplemented and amended as well as point 2 on the allocation of land use levy for multi-story buildings attached to land which is allocated by the state to multiple users. A new Section V to Part A is added addressing the subtraction of compensation and ground clearance money.
