The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to public blueberry fields. It applies to the leasing of ungranted land designated by the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food for blueberry production. The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to the alienation and leasing of agricultural lands in the domain of the State. In particular, it applies to the alienation and leasing of ungranted land, except land designated for blueberry production.

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to the alienation of agricultural lands in the domain of the State to certain occupants. For the purposes of this Regulation, an occupant is a person who, at 1 July 1984, occupied without right a parcel of land that was ungranted or that has become ungranted since that date. The Minister may, at any time, register in respect of a parcel of land, whether occupied or not, a declaration stating that it forms part of the public domain.

This Legislative Decree aims at regulating the right of disposal over private state ownership lands. The present Legislative Decree is composed of 7 articles. Article 1 defines private state ownership lands. Articles 2-4 prohibit the disposal of private state ownership lands by State Bodies, physical or juridical persons unless royal order has been obtained.

This Ministerial Decree establishes basic prices for the plots of land for the concession thereof into private ownership (Annexes 1 and 2) and basic land charges for the plots of public land conceded on lease that must be equal to land tax. Annual rent rate shall be calculated as 100-120% of the basic land lease rate.

The present Regulation introduces some amendments to the Designation of Provincial Forests Regulation 226/88. In particular, section 13 (Moose Creek Provincial Forest) of the Schedule is replaced.

A basic Act concerning real property in the province of Manitoba. In particular, its objects are to simplify the title to land, to give certainty thereto, to facilitate the proof thereof, and to expedite dealings therewith; and the Act shall be construed in a manner to best give effect to those objects.

This Ministerial Decree shall be applicable to land auctions regarding sale of the plots of public land or the lease right thereto and regarding the plots of non-allotted public land. Kazakhstan nationals and private legal persons shall be authorized to participate in land auctions prior registration while foreign natural and legal persons, and stateless persons shall be authorized to participate in land auctions exclusively if the aforesaid persons have the right to own or to have the right of lease of the plots of land destined for sale in accordance with land legislation.
