La presente Ley instituye el sistema normativo que rige la delimitación, registro, adjudicación, uso y cesión de las tierras fiscales rurales provinciales y municipales en zona de frontera y los requisitos que deben reunir los programas y proyectos de producción, explotación y aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales allí existentes. A los fines de la adjudicación de tierras fiscales en zona de frontera se tendrán especialmente en cuenta las actividades agropecuarias forestales, mineras, industriales, pesqueras, turísticas, energéticas, sociales, urbanísticas y de conexidad.

This Act concerns the development of land described in the Schedule. Section 3 provides for the creation of the Bermuda Land Development Company Limited. The general purpose of the Company is to manage, or oversee the management of, the land entrusted to it with a view: (a) generally, to the integration of that land into the economic and social fabric; (b) in particular, to the creation of opportunities for increased employment now and in the future, in furtherance of the well-being of the present and future generations of Bermudians.

This Agreement consists of 14 articles and it shall be subject to the provisions of Reciprocal Encouragement and Protection of Investment between the two Parts (art. 1). The Government of Sudan shall grant to the Government of Syria a land for exploitation located in Abu Quta-Province Alhsahisa situated in the State of Aljazeera with an area of 30,000 Faddan without any restriction rights (art. 2). The exploitation of the aforementioned land shall be valid for 50 years (art. 3).

The present decree provides for the utilization of part of the non tax state revenues to fund the activities of the National Survey and Mapping Coordination Board.

This Resolution is composed of 4 articles. The Land No. 5, located in the zone of Alfarrara-Gaza Strip, indicated in the attached Map shall be expropriated by the PNA with the objective to construct buildings in favour of the Ministry of Housing (art. 1). Any individual who has a right or benefit on the abovementioned land shall present a request to the Ministry of Housing within a month indicating his ownership and his rights on this land to obtain compensation (art. 2). All owners of the aforementioned land should abstain from the right of disposal over it (art. 3).

This Resolution is composed of 4 articles. Lands located in the zone of Rafah indicated in the attached Map shall be appropriated by the PNA with the objective to creation of an airport (art. 1). Construction or establishing agricultural or industrial projects on the aforementioned lands is prohibited (art. 2). Who has a right or benefit on the abovementioned lands shall present a request to the Ministry of Justice indicating his ownership and his rights on this land to obtain the compensation (art. 3).

Lands located in the zone of Shawkat Assafy-Rafah indicated in the attached Map shall be expropriated by the PNA with the objective to creation of an airport (art. 1). Construction or establishing agricultural or industrial projects on the aforementioned lands is prohibited (art. 2). Who has a right or benefit on the abovementioned lands shall present a request to the Ministry of Justice indicating his ownership and his rights on this land to obtain the compensation (art. 3).

This Resolution is composed of 12 Sections divided into 189 articles. Fundaments and criterions for land and real estate valuation, rent value and valuation committees are dealt with Section I. Free disposal over lands and immovable or the symbolic rent is provided for in Section II. Free disposal over designated lands and built immovable is given in Section III. Rules for sale or rent of the State’s agricultural lands (sect. IV). Section V refers to desert lands. Provisions and rules for sale and rent by auction (sect. VI). Rules and provisions for sale instalments (sect. VII).

This Law, composed of 89 articles divided in 5 chapters, regulates the general principles on land rights. In particular, the Law rules on: property rights, rural community rights, natural resources’ use and protection measures, land expropriation, land concession, territorial planning, land classification, and registration procedures.

The present Law regulates general rules of transfer of municipal land into ownership, land tenure and lease with the consideration of the particulars of its management, and legal relations in the sphere of its tenure and conservation. The Law consists of 6 Sections that contain 28 articles. Section 1 (arts. 1-5) lays down general provisions. Section 2 (arts. 6-11) establishes the particulars of transfer of municipal land into ownership, land tenure and lease. Section 3 (arts. 12-16) establishes general rules of management of municipal land. Section 4 (arts.

La presente Ley contiene el Código Rural, el cual constituye el conjunto ordenado y sistemático de las normas administrativas, reglamentarias, de policía y jurisdiccionales de aplicación en el orden rural. Fija asimismo las normas que rigen el ejercicio, los derechos y obligaciones derivados de la actividad rural en cualquiera de sus especializaciones. El libro I se refiere a las personas rurales.

Plots of land on which privatized state enterprises and objects are situated imply land conceded in use within the rights specified in technical certificate at the moment of privatization of state enterprises and objects. Tenants are legal and natural persons whose property rights to state enterprises and objects are confirmed by the respective contract of sale and by certificate issued by the State property committee.
