The Royal government of Bhutan launched the Tenth Five Year Plan that outlines strategies from 2008-2013 to reduce poverty and to increase education initiatives.

These Measures are formulated to implement the Grassland Law of the People’s Republic of China in Qinghai Province.

This Decision approves the inventory list of the immovable State properties administered by the drainage boards that will be transferred to the administration of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Consumer Protection. There are 16 drainage boards with a total of 795 inventory sheets and 11 957 properties.

This Order establishes that granting on lease of the plots of land located within functional areas of national parks for recreational use shall be carried out in accordance with the Federal legislation on land and protected areas. Object of lease can be the following functional areas of national parks: (a) areas of tourism and education; (b) recreational areas; and (c) tourist service areas. Lease contract shall be approved by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology.

This Regional Law establishes that beginning from 1 January 2010 in case of purchase of parcels of public or municipal land by the owners of edifices and construction located thereon the p[rice shall be equal to cadastre value of the aforesaid plots of land.

This Ordinance concerns the right to sue the Crown and liability of the Crown in tort. It sets out rules of procedure of proceedings 0against the Crown. In any proceedings against the Crown for the recovery of land or other property the court shall not make an order for the recovery of the land or the delivery of the property, but may in lieu thereof make an order declaring that the plaintiff is entitled as against the Crown to the land or property or to the possession thereof.

Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Supreme regional executive body in the sphere of land relations shall set forth the modalities of transfer of public land to the category of protected areas of regional significance and protection thereof in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation”.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto regular la actividad urbanística y el régimen urbanístico del suelo, el vuelo y el subsuelo en la Comunidad Autónoma de Aragón. La actividad urbanística comprende la clasificación, el planeamiento, la urbanización, la intervención en el mercado de la vivienda y del suelo y en el uso del suelo y la disciplina urbanística, que se desarrolla en el marco de la ordenación del territorio.

This Decree approves the Regulation of Land Act; right of use and conditions for exploiting public lands. It consists of 16 chapters and 2 annexes divided as follows: Definition of different lands and land uses (Chap. 1); Requirements for obtaining land use authorization (2); Competencies of entitled authorities (3); Rights and obligations (4-9); Protection areas (10); Family land exploitation (11); Registration (12-14); Sanctions (15); Final provisions (16). Annexes list model forms for requesting a land use concession.

El presente Decreto establece procedimientos administrativos especiales agrarios de clarificación de la propiedad, delimitación o deslinde de las tierras de la Nación, extinción del derecho de dominio, recuperación de baldíos indebidamente ocupados o apropiados, reversión de baldíos adjudicados, de competencia del Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural (INCODER).
