This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of organization, protection, conservation and management of protected areas with a view of conservation of unique and typical natural complexes and objects, wild fauna and wild flora, and ecological education of the population. Land areas that are integral part of protected area s under management by state and municipal environmental institutions shall not be subject to privatization. Regional protected areas can be instituted either with or without land expropriation from landowners, landlords, land tenants and lessees.

Regional Law No. 109-OZ “On allotment of land plots free of charge to citizens”.

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of allotment of public or municipal land plots free of charge to citizens with three or more children, residing on the regional territory, and establishes minimum and maximum land areas. It shall be applicable to land plots under housing constructions. Families with three or more children under age shall be granted the right of allotment of the aforesaid plots of land free of charge once-only on condition of ownership. Minimum land area shall be 0, 04 ha and maximum land area shall be 0, 2 ha.

This Law establishes the second amendment of Law No. 54/2005 regulating the title ownership of water resources. Amendments deal with the updating of its provisions concerning the requirements and dead lines necessary for obtaining the title recognition of internal land, borders of river or coastal areas related to marine or any other navigable water courses, with their respective beds, and even the banks belonging to public entities.

This Proclamation provides rules for the administration and functioning of Addis Ababa City. The Proclamation defines the objectives, functions and powers of the city administration and provides with respect to its organization. It may, among other things, set and collect land use fees and royalties for the use of forest resources in the city and levy taxes on incomes from agricultural activities in the City. "Municipal service" shall include water and sewerage service, land development and management and sanitation. There shall be a Urban Land Clearance Appeals Commission.

The present Act is a piece of basic legislation that governs in matters pertaining to Indian status, bands, and Indian reserves. This Regional Legislative Decree, consisting of 3 articles and 1 Annex, establishes the ownership of the port infrastructure deployed in Funchal, Madeira called "Praça do Mar". It specifies the public domain of the Autonomous Region of Madeira of the above mentioned area, as well as the disaffection of the corresponding port use, the delimited infrastructure in Annex I, with exclusion of soil on which it is deployed and what constitutes public maritime domain. The ownership of the public maritime domain is now under the State, pursuant to Law No. 54/2005 of 15 November. .

Crown Property (Vesting) (Amendment) Act, 2013 (No. 23 of 2013).

This Act amends the Crown Property (Vesting) Act so as to establish a National Divestment Committee to advise Minister responsible for Land and Environment. It also empowers the Minister making a divestment Order to exempt certain categories of divestment being routed through the newly established Committee.

Regional Law No. 59-RZ “On regulation of some issues in the sphere of land relations”.

This Regional Law regulates some issues in the sphere of land relations except for those related to agricultural land. It establishes minimum and maximum land areas for land plots pertaining to public and municipal land in ownership to citizens in accordance with the following criteria: (a) gardening – from 0, 05 ha to 0, 15 ha; (b) horticulture – from 0, 02 ha to 0, 10 ha; (c) for stockbreeding – from 0, 02 ha to 0, 10 ha; (d) suburban housing construction – from 0, 06 ha to 0, 25 ha; and (e) peasant farming – up to 75 ha, including agricultural land – up to 50 ha.
