Main object of the Code is to ensure uniformity of law and policy with respect to land tenure, registration of titles relating to land, transfer of land, leases and charges in respect of land, easements and other rights and interests in land.

These Regulations amend the Land Registration Rules 1972 in relation with, among other things, registration in case of conversion of a possessory or qualified title, registration of burdens, registration certificates and priority entries.

Le présent règlement met en exécution la loi d’application de la législation fédérale sur la protection de l'environnement du 21 juin 1990. Notamment, le règlement a pour but de fixer les modalités de gestion du fonds cantonal destiné à financer le coût des investigations préalables concernant des sites qui se révèlent non pollués, ainsi que le coût de l'élimination des déchets déposés de façon illicite et dont le financement est avancé par l'Etat.

This Act makes provision for land registration in Scotland, provides a new legislative basis for the Land Register and improves and modernizes the system of procedures for registration of land (advance notice of conveyancing, electronic conveyancing and electronic registration). It provides for applications for voluntary registration of titles in the Land Register and grants power to the Keeper of the Registers of Scotland, who manages and controls the Land Register, to register a title without an application.

This Regional Law establishes that state cadastre valuation of immovable property shall be performed by decision of local government in case of submittal of application to the Regional Government for performance of autonomous performance of the aforesaid cadastre evaluation and authorization issued by the Regional Government.

These Regulations amend the Land Registration Rules 1972 in relation with, among other things, form and contents of registers and land certificates, manner of registration and searches by the public.

This Act amends the Registration (Strata Titles) Act. It, among other things, establishes the Commission of Strata Corporations and the Strata Appeals Tribunal and in provisions covering a wide variety of matters including the Strata Corporations Register, audit and proceedings of the Tribunal. The functions of the Commission shall be to: a) monitor, regulate and supervise strata corporations; (b) keep or cause to be kept a register of such corporations; (c) facilitate the resolution of disputes. The Act defines the jurisdiction of the Strata Appeals Tribunal.

This Decree establishes the modalities of inventory of drainage, land reclamation systems and separate waterworks with a view of registration of available and functioning drainage, land reclamation systems and separate waterworks that by the outcome of inventory shall be indicated on the maps. In the process of inventory shall be assessed wear and tear degree of equipment.

La presente Resolución aprueba los Lineamientos para la ejecución de los procedimientos de formalización y titulación de predios rústicos de propiedad del Estado y de declaración de propiedad por prescripción adquisitiva de dominio. La norma precisa que los lineamientos tienen alcance nacional y son de obligatorio cumplimiento por los gobiernos regionales a los que se ha efectivizado la transferencia de la función referida al saneamiento físico legal de la propiedad agraria.

The present Regulation enacts the Real Property Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to fees charged under the Real Property Act and the Registry Act. The text - consisting of 11 sections – deals, inter alia, with the following issues: definitions, fees, annual fee adjustment, rounding, registration fee, certified copy of title following registration, fees to be posted, fee waived or reduced. One Schedule is enclosed.

The present Regulation enacts the Land Act. The Regulation lays down provisions related to the recording of land. Section 1, 2 and 3 establish respectively that the land identified in the map attached as Schedule 1, 2, and 3 is, respectively, constituted as the Coast Region Land Recording District, the Southern Interior Region Land Recording District and the Northern Region Land Recording District.
