This Joint Order puts into effect the Fundamental Regulations, previously approved by the Ministry of Agricultural Products and other Federal Executive Bodies concerned. The document consists of V Parts. Part I lays down the general provisions. Part II deals with the modalities of issuing licences for earth-moving economic activity that may damage topsoil. Part III determines the modalities of formal acceptance and transfer of re-cultivated land. Part IV regards registration of the damaged land.

Order No. 315 on survey declaration in adherence to the Farms Act.

This Order applies to the survey declarations in accordance to the Farm Act, by establishing rules on whether proof presented to the Cadastre Authority with regard to land registration may be processed without authorization; on certification of land deduction by acquisition of agricultural property; and on the establishment of an overview map. Cadastral changes may be implemented without a license by statements from licensed surveyors.

These Regulations make provision for the registration of common land and town or village greens under Part 1 of the Commons Act 2006. They apply to the registration areas (as defined in these Regulations) of the commons registration authorities in England specified in Schedule 1. Registers shall be kept by commons registration authorities. The Regulations concern, among other things, applications and proposals to amend the registers, including provision for the holding of public inquiries in appropriate cases.

La presente Ley, que tendrá una vigencia de cinco años, establece un procedimiento especial de expropiación extraordinaria para definir y formalizar los asentamientos comunitarios por antigüedad, con el objetivo de asegurar a los miembros de un asentamiento comunitario establecido por más de quince años de manera consecutiva, pacífica e ininterrumpida, el título de propiedad sobre el predio privado que ocupan.

Governmental Decree No. 338 of 2006 concerning land offices, the Institute of Geodesy, Cartography and Remote Sensing, the Geographical Names Committee and detailed rules of real estate registration proceedings.

This Decree establishes that the competent authority for real estate issues is the countrywide network system of land offices (territorial and local offices). They are responsible for registration of legal transactions, cadastral mapping changes and dealing with land and other real estate property-related activities. The Hungarian Land Register is owned and maintained by the Ministry of Rural Development. This Decree establishes also the Institute of Geodesy, Cartography and Remote Sensing as the institutional body for land surveying and geo-information.

Slopeland Conservation and Utilization Act.

This Act governs the conservation and utilization of slopeland.Article 3 provides for the definition of slopeland. Public slopeland which has not been subject to cadastral survey or general land registration shall be subject to regular survey and general registration. Slopeland which is available for agricultural purposes shall be classified by the limits on its permitted scope of use.

The Order applies to the application for appointing survey and cadaster land inspectors. These requests shall be submitted to the National Survey and Cadaster authorities in order to obtain professional international authorization of duty qualification. Provisions of the Order shall also apply to the application for the appointment of candidates originating from other EU countries, or from countries with which an agreement has been established with regard to the regulation of the land inspector profession.

Enforcement Rules of Slopeland Conservation and Utilization Act.

These Rules are enacted pursuant to the Slopeland Conservation and Utilization Act.Article 3 provide for the contents of soil and water conservation plan. Where the municipal or county/city competent authority designates the way in which soil and water conservation is to be handled and maintained, the area, method of handling and maintenance, and time for completion shall be notified to the operator, user or owner of the slopeland (art.5).
