This Decree validates the Statute of the Federal Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey. It establishes that the functioning of this Committee is regulated by the Russian Constitution, Laws, Rulings of the Congress of People's Deputies, Orders of the Supreme Soviet, Presidential and Governmental Decrees and Orders and by this Statute.

Regional Law No. 10 “On objects of cultural heritage”.

This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of conservation, protection and promotion of the objects of cultural heritage of regional significance. Regional Government shall carry out the following plenary powers in the sphere of protection of the objects of cultural heritage: (a) implementation of state policy; (b) validation of the list of objects of cultural heritage pertaining to public property and not subject to expropriation; and (c) decision-making related to insertion of the object of cultural heritage in state register.

Article 7 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Objects of cultural heritage shall be inserted in state register in accordance with the modalities set forth by the Federal legislation. Formation, keeping and updating of the aforesaid register shall be performed in accordance with the modalities set forth by the federal body for protection of the objects of cultural heritage”.

Quantity Surveyors (Registration, etc.) Act.

This Act establishes the Quantity Surveyors' Registration Board of Nigeria as a body corporate and defines its functions and powers. It also provides for registration of quantity surveyors by the Board and establishes the Disciplinary Committee and the Registered Quantity Surveyors Investigating Panel. The Committee shall be charged with the duty of considering and determining any case referred to it by the Panel. The Act also defines penalties for unprofessional conduct and grants regulation-making powers to the Minister.

The Land Code makes provision for the regulation of "land relations" and its purpose is to secure rational use and protection of land, the protection of the environment, and "the equal development of all forms of economic activity in Tajikistan" (Preamble). Other laws regulating land relations may be enacted on the basis of this Code.Land is declared to be in exclusive ownership if the State in article 2.

This Act amends the Register of Interests Act in section 1 (short title and commencement) and by deleting the words “Legislative Council” wherever they appear in the Act and substituting the words “House of Assembly and the words “U.K. S.I. 1976 No. 2145” wherever they appear in the Act and substituting the words “U.K.S.I. 2007 No. 1678.”

This Decree validates the Statute of the Federal Committee on Land Policy. Federal Committee on Land Policy (GOSKOMZEM) is the Federal Authority that coordinates interministerial activity of the issues pertaining to the sphere of land relationship, functional regulation in this field, including the keeping up of land cadastre, valuation of land, land survey , state control over the use of land and the soil protection. Federal Committee on Land Policy has its local (territorial) branches at the regional level.
