La presente Ley establece la presunción de que el Estado es poseedor de los inmuebles de su propiedad y declara imprescriptibles los bienes inmuebles de dominio privado estatal.

La presente Ley crea el Sistema Nacional de Bienes Estatales, que tendrá como ente rector a la Superintendencia Nacional de Bienes Estatales, y crea el Sistema Nacional Integrado de Catastro Predial.
The purpose of the present Law is to lay down rules aimed at the establishment of the infrastructure for spatial information in Vienna and its surroundings with a view to environmental policies and activities which may have an impact on the environment. The text consists of 17 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Metadata, spatial data sets and spatial data services (2); Network services (3); Use of spatial data and spatial data services by competent authorities (4); Coordination and monitoring (5); Legal protection (6); Final provisions (7).
The purpose of the present Law is to lay down rules aimed at the establishment of the infrastructure for spatial information in Tyrol with a view to environmental policies and activities which may have an impact on the environment. For the purpose of the present Law “Iinfrastructure for spatial information” means metadata, spatial data sets and spatial data services; network services and technologies; agreements on sharing, access and use.

The Act makes amendments in regards to the privatisation of South Jutland land inspection offices.
This Act provides for title and registration of rights in native land.The Act consists of 65 sections divided into 9 Parts: Preliminary (I); Titles to native land (II); Alienation (III); The Land Court (IV); Lands Code (V); Leases (VI); Survey (VII); Penalties (VIII); General (IX).Section 4 concerns indefeasibility of title of native title subject to specified conditions. Subject to the provisions of this Ordinance native land shall not be alienated, whether by sale, gift, lease or otherwise, to a person who is not a native (sect. 5).
The present Law implements the directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE). In particular, the Law provides the legal framework for the development and operation of a spatial data infrastructure system of Bavaria as part of the national spatial data infrastructure.
The present Law lays down provisions relating to the protection of alpine pastures and the promotion of alpine dairies. The text – consisting of 22 articles deals with the following aspects: authorization, registration of a conflict in the cadastre for non-authorized transactions, right of pre-emption, penalties, competent authorities, transactions of and measures taken by the Free State of Bavaria and entry into force.
The present Act lays down provisions relating to the cultural heritage in the province of New Brunswick. The Act strengthen the province’s ability to conserve heritage sites and objects by establishing the Crown as legal owner of heritage objects, and prohibiting the alteration of heritage sites.
