The present Decree lays down provisions relating to the allocation of costs of cadastral surveying. In particular, article 1 establishes that costs shall be allocated to the Canton, municipalities and property owners or landlords. The text consists of 9 articles.

These Regulations amend the Regulations in terms of the Deeds Registries Act by substituting regulation 16 and by amending provisions concerning, among other things, the description of land, immovable property in partnership deeds, land transferred pursuant to a will, partition in case of inheritance, servitudes and leases.

This Act ensures sound and diversified use of agricultural property for agricultural production, sustainable development of agricultural industries and improving the competitiveness of these industries; accommodates development in rural areas requiring these properties to be registered as a farm in Survey and Cadastre Authority's land register.The Act consists of 20 Chapters: Purpose (1); Definitions (2); Planning (3); Listed as farm (4); Termination or cancellation of farm duty (5); Residency requirement, residential buildings, vacant agricultural properties, operations, etc.

This Regulation, consisting of seven sections and three Schedules, implements the Land Title Act 1994. It specifies the lodging instruments of the land registry offices mentioned in schedule 1, the forms to be used in the office of the land registry and the fees payable under the Act. The President of the Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey orders to validate the standard quotas of commonly indispensable expenditure of labour and costs for elaboration of designing and prospecting products of land survey and land cadastre financed out of the budget and to enact the costs for elaboration of designing and prospecting products of land survey and land cadastre within the Committee from 1 February 1994.

This Act establishes a Property Registration Authority, defines its functions and powers and internal organization and provides for the registration of deeds, i.e. documents by which an estate or interest in land is created, transferred, charged or otherwise affected.

This Regional Law establishes that price of a plot of land located in urban areas and destined for agricultural production, without constructions nor edifices thereon, already allotted to peasant farm on condition of permanent (open-ended) possession or as lifelong hereditary possession in case of purchase thereof by the aforesaid categories of tenants shall be 15 percent of estimated cadastre value at the date of submittal of application.

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of calculation of the price of land plots pertaining to regional state ownership and plots of land with undelimited state ownership in case of conclusion of purchase and sale contracts for such plots of land without tenders and open-ended payment.

This Federal Law regulates relations originating in the sphere of cadastre registration of immovable property and release of data from the Unified state register of immovable property. Each object of immovable property inserted in the Unified state register of immovable property shall be attributed unique and invariable registration number on the territory of the Russian Federation. Objects of immovable property shall be based upon geodetic and mapping schemes. Cadastre of immovable property shall contain basic and additional data.

The present Act introduces some amendments to the Spatial Information Infrastructure Act (BGBl. No I 14/2010). In particular, the Act amends article3 replacing the expression “European Community” by “European Union”. Furthermore, article 4 concerning minimum requirements for the creation and maintenance of metadata is amended.

The Act (79 sections, 1 Schedule) is divided into 7 Parts: Preliminary (I); Administration (II); Qualification of Surveyors and Registration (III); Regulation of Practice (IV); Discipline of Registered Persons (V); Appeals from Board's Decisions (VI); Miscellaneous (VII).The Act establishes the Surveyors Board of Queensland which is responsible, inter alia, for the training, examination, testing and registration of surveyors and the establishment of survey standards.

This Regional Law establishes that beginning from 1 January 2010 in case of purchase of parcels of public or municipal land by the owners of edifices and construction located thereon the p[rice shall be equal to cadastre value of the aforesaid plots of land.
