Le présent décret détermine les mesures de protection particulière des ouvrages géodésiques et topographiques sur le territoire national d’intérêt général ou d’utilité publique.
This Act concerns land survey. It establishes the Professional Land Surveyors’ Council and regulates the profession of land surveyor as appointed by the President under this Act. The Council shall, among other things, register land surveyors and ensure that the Code of Practice is complied with by professional land surveyors. No person shall practise land surveying in Mauritius unless he or she is registered as a professional land surveyor with the Council.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to land use planning in Carinthia. The Municipal Council is required to adopt a Land Use Zoning Plan which divides the entire municipality into building land, grass land and traffic area taking into consideration the local development plan and the economic, social, ecological and cultural requirements of the whole area. The text consists of 34 articles divided into 4 Parts.
Article 6 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Maps and plans that constitute the basis of cadaster shall be subject to periodic renewal no less than once in ten years”.

This Order applies to land survey notifications in accordance to Farms Act, by establishing rules on whether proof presented to the Cadastre Authority with regard to land registration may be processed without authorization; on certification of land reclamation by acquisition of agricultural property; and on the establishment of an overview map. Cadastral changes may be implemented without a licence by statements from licensed surveyors.
This Regulation, consisting of six Parts, implements the Survey and Mapping Infrastructure Act 2003 by defining the principles to be applied in carrying out surveys (Part 2), setting the geodetic reference framework (Part 3), providing for survey standard and survey guideline matters (Part 4), and establishing watercourse identification and non-tidal boundary (watercourse) location (Part 5).

Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Area of cultural heritage may include land areas, land plots, shares of land plots. Boundaries of land areas of cultural heritage may not coincide with the boundaries of existing land plots”.

Le présent arrêté détermine, au sein du Ministère de la construction et de l'Assainissement et de l’Urbanisme, les règles de création, fonctionnement et organisation d’une Commission d’agrément d’aménageur foncier.
Le présent arrêté établit un certificat de conformité des lotissements, des morcellements et de l'aménagement foncier. Ce certificat est délivré par le Directeur en charge de la topographie et de la cartographie après vérifications de l’application des lotissements et des morcellements
Article 17 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Cadastre registration or insertion in the state cadastre of immovable property of data submitted to the body of cadastre registration as a form of information cooperation between state bodies and also in case of reception of the land-use planning map in accordance with paragraph 1 of the Article 45 of this Federal Law shall be performed within 30 days from the date of the reception of the aforesaid documentation”.
