This Regional Law regulates relations concerning the modalities of application of land public servitudes irrespectively of appurtenance of land plot to a specific land category.
This Regional Law determines composition, elaboration and modification of the regional land-use planning scheme. Land-use planning project shall include regulations on territorial planning and mapping of objects projected for location, description and characteristics of land areas and names of urban, municipal districts and inhabited areas. Monitoring of land-use planning schemes shall include state of environment and environmental protection arrangements.
This Law contains provisions on: contents of land books; cadastral survey; cadastral territorial units and their specific zoning; land sorting capability (including agricultural land evaluation); maintenance survey; process for the establishment, management and maintenance of national land register; and various other rules governing the rights and obligations of land tenure/land concession holders on the territory of the Brcko District (autonomous self-government part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).

The present Regulations are made under the Canada-Newfoundland Atlantic Accord Implementation Act. Considering that a close cooperation between Austria and Czechoslovakia would be of great advantage for both countries and particular in cases where deposits of mineral raw materials occur, the Contracting Parties shall give each other mutual assistance in the field of geology. Article 1 establishes that geological cooperation comprises above all exchange of geological documents and their assessment as well as the cooperation in geological research in border areas.
