This Resolution of the Council of Ministers establishes the Urbanisation Planning of 'Tróia' area. It concerns the Regulation (divided into 5 chapters and 2 annexes) of land use planning within the aforementioned area, in order to protect natural resources; to valorise natural and cultural heritage; to exploit touristic sector in view of a rational development, etc.

This Regional Decree establishes the territorial management regime. It consists of 20 articles specifying that the enforcement of the regional policy on agricultural and urban land planning is under the competence of the Regional Government with a view to local development. Land expropriation requirements are established in the text.

Section 18 of the Agriculture Act 1986 gives the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food power to designate areas in England as environmentally sensitive areas where it appears to him particularly desirable to conserve, protect or enhance environmental features in those areas by the maintenance or adoption of particular agricultural methods.

The standards for effluent or waste water before it is discharged into water or on land shall be as prescribed in the Schedule to these Regulations. Every industry or establishment shall install anti-pollution equipment for the treatment of effluent.

By enacting this Decree the Regional Environmental Counsel has established the plan on hydrogeological rearrangement in the Sicilian Region. The Plan, which is attached to the Decree, defines the areas under hydrogeological risk. Only the interventions mentioned in article 2 shall be allowed, according to the various risk levels.

The present Regulations implement, for Scotland, changes made to Council Directive 85/337/EC, implemented by the 1998 Regulations, made by Council Directive 97/11/EC.

This Decree provides for the assignment of forestry land by the State to organizations, households and individuals for "stable and long-term" use in the form of land assignment without land use levy or lease of forestry land (art. 1).

This Circular of the Ministry of Planning and Investment contains detailed guidelines for the implementation of projects funded by the State. Projects include general planning projects for socio-economic development, planning projects for sector development, and construction projects including works for water supply, drainage, waste treatment, etc.

This Decree establishes the modalities of calculation of damages caused to forestry and compensation thereof. It is related to transformation of forestland in case of allotment thereof for purposes not related to forest management and/or deterioration of soil or productivity of forestland.

El presente Decreto tiene por objeto la reglamentación de las disposiciones contenidas en la Ley provincial de protección del medio ambiente.

These Regulations, made under sections 53(2) and 107 of the National Environment Act, apply: (a) to all categories of hazardous and non-hazardous waste; (b) to the storage and disposal of hazardous waste and their movement into and out of Uganda; and (c) to all waste disposal facilities, land fills, sanitary fills and incinerators.

Cet arrêté modifie certaines dispositions de l'arrêté qui fixe les prescriptions applicables aux prélèvements et à la consommation d'eau ainsi qu'aux émissions de toute nature des installations classées pour la protection de l'environnement soumises à autorisation. Il s'agit notamment des dispositions relatives aux normes concernant les métaux, les métalloïdes et les composés divers.
