The present Ordinance implements the law on land survey and land cadastre of 1 March 2006. Article 1 establishes that the Land Survey Office is the competent authority. The present Ordinance consists of 29 articles divided in 7 Parts as follows: Competence and cooperation (1); Tasks and responsibilities (2); Provision and use of basic geodata (3); Real property survey (4); Discovery of property proceedings (5); Security, storage and archiving (6); Final provisions (7).

These Regulations amend the Regulations made under the Sectional Titles Act, 1986 with respect to a wide variety of matters including: sectional mortgage bonds; forms for certificates and other documents issued or made under the Act; management rules set out in Annexure 8; and registration of documents. They also insert new provisions on: replacement of a schedule for a lost or destroyed schedule of servitudes and conditions referred to in section 11(3)(b) of the Act; and replacement of documentation referred to in section 25(2) of the Act.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to demarcation and zoning of land, especially used in the new Länder of the former German Democratic Republic where huge collective areas needed to change their boundaries. The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the implementation of the common agricultural policy, in particular to authorities being responsible for the enforcement of common directives.

This Decree amends the Land Transfer Act in section 159 by adding 8 new subsections in relation with the registration of an easement over a subdivisional lot by the Registrar and compensation or legal proceedings in relation with a decision of the Registrar to register such easement.

The present Law provides for the implementation of the Federal Land Consolidation Act of 14 July 1953 (BGBl. I p. 591). In particular, article 1 of the above-mentioned Law establishes that the supreme and superior authorities for land consolidation in Schleswig-Holstein are, respectively, the Agriculture, Environment and Rural Space Office, and the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Space.

This Ordinance establishes the Council for Physical Development and provides rules for town and country planning and development in general in Aruba. The Minister shall prepare a Physical Development Plan, which contains general indications of proposed development. The Plan shall be adopted by State Decree. Directives based on the Plan may determine which development activities may be carried out only with an authorization of the Minister. Such activities may include the mining, the felling of trees, afforestation and cultivation of land and the establishment of waste reception facilities.

The present Ordinance enforces the Land Parcel Act of 28. July 1961 (BGBl. I p. 1091) and the Reich Settlement Act of 11 August 1919. Article 1 establishes that the sale of one or more contiguous properties forming an economic unit and not exceeding 15ha does not require an authorization under the afore-mentioned Land Parcel Act. Within the framework of the Federal Land Use Planning Act of 18 August 1997 (BGBl. I p. 2081, 2102), the present Law regulates land use planning in the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The whole land of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern shall be subject to a sustainable planning policy. The purpose of the present Law is to provide for the enactment of the Federal Land Consolidated Act of 14 July 1953 (BGBl. I p. 591). In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to the nomination of competent authorities and tribunals in the Land Baden-Wurttemberg responsible for the execution of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 14 articles.

These Regulations implement the Strata Titles Act in respect of: preparation and registration of strata plans; strata plan, lot plan, location plan and re-subdivisions plan requirements; amendments to a strata plan; registration of plans intended to create an easement or restrictive agreement; matters affecting a body corporate; and valuation and fees. Only a surveyor registered under the Land Surveyors Act may prepare a strata plan.
