Land Use Planning Law for the Canton Graubünden (Land Use Planning Law).
The present Law regulates land use planning in the Canton Graubünden. The Law establishes the task to be fulfilled by municipalities, associations and the Canton. Furthermore, the Law lays down provisions relating to building and zoning and to cantonal procedures.
