These Regulations amend the Natural Resources Conservation (Permits and Licences) Regulations 1996 by replacing regulation 3 relating to a grant of a permit to undertake an enterprise, construction or development of a prescribed description or category and by inserting new regulations (7A-D) on the grant of a renewal of a permit. Amendment are also made to the Fist Schedule (Forms) and regulation 24 and Schedule 2 (fees).

This National Action Plan developed in 2003 by the Republic of Tajikistan is a national-wide policy aiming at implementing the commitments of the Republic of Tajikistan concerning the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). The purpose of this Agreement is to create a transboundary biosphere reserve "West Polesie", consisting of three national biosphere reserves, and cooperation on protection and sustainable development of the region in conformity with UNESCO's "Man and the Biosphere" (MAB) program. The Parties shall promote cooperation in the field of protection and sustainable use of biological and landscape diversity of the transboundary biosphere reserve "Western Polesie”.

El presente Acuerdo modifica el Reglamento de la Ley de fortalecimiento de la camaricultura, respecto a las modalidades del proceso de Licenciamiento Ambiental, que se podrá llevar a cabo en forma individual o grupal. Para el caso de la licencia grupal, los proponentes con fincas de menos de cien hectáreas, bastará que dos o hasta diez fincas que se encuentren en el mismo sector geográfico y en el mismo rango de tamaño, se asocien bajo la modalidad de Asociación para el solo efecto de solicitar y obtener la Licencia Ambiental.
