These Regulations provide for the proper management and control of country parks and special areas.The Regulations prohibit or restrict within a country park o special area, except in possession of a permit: the entry of persons, vehicles, boats and animals; the killing, hunting, trapping or disturbance of any form of wildlife; the taking and destruction of vegetation; the cutting, picking, uprooting, digging, etc. of any plant, part of a plant or soil; the lighting of fires; etc.

The present Regulation enacts the Environment Quality Act. The purpose of this Regulation is to protect the environment against pollution related to the handling of contaminated soils. Le présent arrêté du Gouvernement flamand est relatif aux modalités en matière de régime de bilan nutritif tel que stipulé à l'article 25 du Décret sur les engrais. L’article 2 établit que l'agriculteur qui opte pour le régime de bilan nutritif a le choix, par exploitation et par catégorie d'animal, entre les types suivants: 1) le type convention tel que visé aux articles 3 et 4; 2) le type droite de régression tel que visé à l'article 5; 3) le type autres aliments ou techniques d'alimentation tel que visé à l'article 6.

These Regulations concern tree preservation orders which may be issued by local authorities under section 25 of the Town and Country Planning Act. The Regulations specify some procedural requirements and require the Minister to take into account objections and representations before confirming an order.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to land and forestry in Carinthia. Mediante la presente Ley se crea el Registro de Propietarios y Productores Agrícolas de la Provincia de Entre Ríos, en el cual deberán inscribirse las personas físicas y jurídicas titulares de tierras cultivables ubicadas en el territorio provincial, quedando además obligadas a la ejecución de los Programas de Uso y Conservación de Suelo para una Agricultura Sostenible.

The purpose of the present Act is the economic and expedient use of the soil; the protection and care of the environment and, in particular the conservation or reinstatement of the sustainable purity of the air, water and soil, as well as the avoidance of noise; the conservation or reinstatement of a healthy nature, the protection of the indigenous fauna and flora and their natural living spaces, of the cultural heritage and, finally, in particular that of housing and recreational areas.
