This Act, consisting of 4 Parts and three Schedules, has the following purposes: (a) establish a durable scheme to ensure the protection of the legitimate interests of all New Zealanders in the marine and coastal area of New Zealand; and (b) recognise the mana tuku iho exercised in the marine and coastal area by iwi, hapū, and whānau as tangata whenua; and (c) provide for the exercise of customary interests in the common marine and coastal area; and (d) acknowledge the Treaty of Waitangi (te Tiriti o Waitangi).To that end, this Act: (a) repeals the Foreshore and Seabed Act 2004 and restores

The present Law enforces the Federal Agricultural Soil Act of 4 October 1991. In particular, the Canton promotes the efforts of the federal government to maintain an efficient agriculture according to the federal rural soil legislation and shall take the necessary measures for its implementation. The text – consisting of 8 articles – deals with the following aspects: principles, sphere of application, duties of alpine cooperatives, duties of land registry office, cantonal right of pre-emption, cottages, local courts and entry into force.

This Decree amends the Native Land Trust Act by establishing in that Act and all subsidiary laws made under that Act the word "native" shall be deleted wherever it appears and be replaced by the word "i Taukei". A new section is inserted in the principal Act. That section establishes that all written laws are amended by deleting all references to the word "native" wherever it appears and by inserting "i Taukei".

Amends: Native Land Trust Act. (1985)

According to the present Act, «real property» is lands, including mines and minerals, and buildings, structures, improvements, and other fixtures on, above, or below the surface of the land and includes an interest therein. The Act has application within and outside Canada (e.g., embassy lands and buildings).

Tout lotissement des terres issues des droits fonciers coutumiers, n’ayant fait l’objet de constatation et de reconnaissance par l’Etat, est formellement interdit sur toute l’étendue du territoire national.

El presente Decreto aprueba el reglamento de la ley que tiene por objeto dictar las normas orgánicas para la organización político administrativa del territorio colombiano. A tal fin, la Comisión de Ordenamiento Territorial (COT), tiene como función evaluar, revisar y sugerir al Gobierno Nacional y a las Comisiones Especiales de Seguimiento al Proceso de Descentralización y Ordenamiento Territorial del Senado de la República y de la Cámara de Representantes, la adopción de políticas, desarrollos legislativos y criterios para la mejor organización del Estado en el territorio.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to the right of wood and pasture exploitation in the Region of Carinthia. The text consists of 63 articles divided into 9 chapters as follows: General provisions (I); New regulation and regulation of traditional rights (II); Transfer of exploitation rights (III); Safeguard of rights of use (IV); Basic rights of wood cutting in case of need (V); Special field services (VI); Authorities and proceedings (VII); Penalties (VIII).

This Regulation provides for the implementation of the Aboriginal Land Act 1991. The Regulation is divided into 8 Parts (56 regulations) and is completed by 5 Schedules. Part 2 sets out provisions on land trusts and Part 3 provides codes of conduct about mining leases. Part 4 prescribes mining royalties and Part 5 regulates appeals to the Land Appeal Court. The remaining Parts address declarations, provisions of miscellaneous nature, and transitional provisions.

El presente Decreto Ley tiene por objeto generar el marco legal e institucional de la política pública de atención integral, protección, reparación integral y restitución de derechos territoriales para los pueblos y comunidades indígenas como sujetos colectivos y a sus integrantes individualmente considerados.

El presente Decreto Ley tiene por objeto establecer el marco normativo e institucional de la atención, asistencia y reparación integral de las víctimas pertenecientes al pueblo Rrom, ofreciendo herramientas administrativas, judiciales y mecanismos de participación, para que el pueblo Rrom y sus miembros individualmente y colectivamente considerados.
