Pascalia is a professional and efficient Programs Officer with a 5+ years of experience working for non-governmental organizations. Ms. Pascalia holds a B.A in Project Planning and Management from The University of Nairobi, Diploma in Community Development and Social Work and Certificate in Fundamentals of Project Management from the Philanthropy University of California. She is currently, working for Horn of Africa institute as Program Officer.
