I am member of Eastern & Southern African Pastoralist Network (ESAPN). I have been doing freelance consulting work since 2009, mostly using Holistic Management principles and other related approaches. I have been involved in community based project implementation with the focus on sustainable management of rangeland, livestock, marketing and improved cropping practices since 2013 - 2017.

I have been conducting training in Holistic Land & Livestock Management programs in Zimbabwe, Namibia and Nigeria. Currently I am involve in the project where we are developing rangeland management materials for pastoralist/ farmers in communal areas of Namibia. Since 2017 the process of doing a study / research on the impact of land tenure regime on sustainable rangeland management and pastoralism in Namibia. This study / research had be influence by my participation in the ELLA an online learning on "Land Tenure in Pastoralist Societies" and the study tour undertaken to Latin America (Peru) in 2016.
