In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were presented results of analysis of some theoretical bases of territorial organization of production of agricultural enterprises, which include the definition of the notion, the tasks and content, regularities and requirements, and the basic methodological principles of the placement of the main elements of production organization on the land territory. Research results showed that the territorial organization of production of agricultural enterprises is realized in the process of intra-farm land tenure on the basis of developed projects. Application of theoretical bases and methodological principles of territorial production organization in the process of designing of projects of intra-farm land tenure made it possible to increase their quality and efficiency of agricultural production.
