The Portland Downtown Riverfront Habitat Opportunitiesreport identifies habitat enhancement opportunities in nearshorewaters and on shorelines within the study area,between the Ross Island and Steel Bridges. The enhancementopportunities described in the report are fairly simple, lowcostdesigns intended to provide incremental improvements,at a generally small scale, within the urban context of thedowntown Willamette River.
