L’actualité de cet automne s’annonce exceptionnellement chargée sur les questions environnementales : les trois COP issues du Sommet de la Terre vont se réunir à quelques semaines d’intervalle, en commençant par la COP Biodiversité.

This Act makes provision for the recording of deeds, i.e. every document in writing affecting or relating to lands, tenements, or hereditaments in Montserrat. However, the Act does not apply to any document evidencing a transaction that shall be registered under the Registered Land Act.

This Act provides rules relative to cultivation, husbandry and forestry in times of war. It grants extraordinary powers to the Minister, assisted by a special Commission, to issue rules relative to agricultural production and the land use.

This Act makes provision with respect to planning and control of development in Montserrat and for these purposes establishes the Planning and Development Authority, defines its functions and powers and provides with respect to its organization and administration.

This Act concerns adjudication procedures and registration of rights and interests in land in areas as defined by Order of the Governor. The Adjudication Officer shall be in charge of the adjudication.
