The Government, for the purpose of development of the automatic system of keeping state land cadastre directed toward modern methods of data collection, processing, storage and transmission, decrees to validate the Program and to entitle the Committee on land resources and land survey to be the customer of the Program. The document consists of 6 Sections. Section 1 regards the substance of the problem and the substantiation of the necessity of its solution by programmed methods. Section 2 concerns the main objects, tasks, terms and stages of carrying out the Program. Section 3 concerns the main programmed measures. Section 4 determines the sources of financing. Section 5 deals with management of carrying out the Program and control over the course of its fulfilment. Section 6 concerns the expected results. The document contains the passport of the Program and one Annex.
