This Law establishes the Code for Land Expropriation. This Code consists of 8 Parts specifying the cases in which land expropriation procedures may be applied according to the legal regime. The Law is divided as follows: List of said cases (Part 1); Public use declaration and administrative concession (2); Cases in which a compensation is prescribed (3); Expropriation procedures (4); Payment of compensation (5); Reversion of expropriated goods (6); Seizure of immovable property (7); Final provisions (8).
