La presente Ley tiene por objeto establecer las acciones, normas y procedimientos para la prevención y lucha contra incendios en áreas rurales y forestales, tanto en bosques nativos como de cultivo, en el territorio de la Provincia de Jujuy.
This Act, which is composed of 124 articles, regulates the use of agricultural land, their protection, marketing and leasing, agricultural operations and common pastures. Provisions of this Act apply mutatis mutandis to forests, unless otherwise provided by law.
La presente Ley tiene por objeto la creación, en el ámbito de la Legislatura de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, de la Comisión Bicameral para la atención y seguimiento de desastres naturales provocados por emergencias hídricas o de carácter climático.
La presente Ley tiene por objeto la demarcación en terreno y en cartografía, así como la preparación de mapas de zonas de riesgo que incluyan líneas limítrofes que delimiten: a) la zona prohibida; b) las zonas con restricciones parciales; c) la zona con restricciones severas; d) la zona de advertencia; e) los deslindes a los que se refiere el artículo 2.750 (2º párrafo) del Código Civil.
The Law totals 78 Articles and is divided in the following Chapters and: I, Fundamentals of the Agricultural Law; II, Agricultural Production; III, Strengthening of Material and Technological Foundation of Agriculture; IV, protection of Agricultural Resources; V, Management of Agricultural Products.
This Act regulates interventions in matter of soil and forest conservation and management for the following purposes: (a) improvement of productive and social potential of existing forests; (b) protection of the environment and hydrogeological resources; (c) promotion of agro-forestry and sylvo-pastoralism in mountain areas; (d) improvement of quality life of communities concerned.
This Act establishes National Planning for Coastal Zone Management. It consists of 13 articles laying down competencies and duties of the aforementioned national administration. It also lists sanctions to be paid by offenders in case of environmental areas pollution, according to article 14 of Act No. 6.938.
This Act provides for the conservation of land in St. Lucia, for the establishment of a Board to be known as the Land Conservation Board, for conferring on that Board functions as to land, and for purposes connected therewith or incidental thereto. Land is defined as including land covered by water and in fact this Act contains provisions on drainage works.
This Ordinance establishes the Physical Planning Board and provides rules relative to (control on) planning and development. Other administrative bodies for purposes of this Act are the Minister and the Director of Planning. The Director may, and if so required by the Governor shall, submit to the Minister proposals for the preparation of a development plan.
The President declares to validate the institution of land and marine protected areas included in accordance with UNESCO Program “People and biosphere” in the international network of biosphere reserves with a view of natural ecosystems conservation and performance of scientific research related to the most precious ecosystems of the Earth.
This Act established requirements for the management and protection of caves and their resources on Federal lands including indian lands, including allowing the land managing agencies to withhold the location of caves from the public, and requiring permits for any removal or collecting activities in caves on Federal lands.
Purpose of this Law is to establish a free zone in the city of Aden, to be applied in phases.
