These Regulations specify the substances which are hazardous substances for the purposes of the Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 and the controlled quantities of those substances. They also lay down the procedure for applications for consent and the determination of applications.

This Order grants, subject to certain conditions, planning permission for certain classes of development under Part 3 of the Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011.

These Regulations amend the Landfill Tax Regulations 1996 in regulation 31(3) so as to provide for information to be given to the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs about fines that fail the LOI (lost on ignition) test provided for in the Landfill Tax (Qualifying Fines) Order 2015, which sets out what fines are qualifying fines and conditions that must be met for treating fines

This Order sets out the requirements of qualifying fines, and conditions that fines must satisfy in order to be treated as qualifying fines pursuant to sections 42(3A) and 63A(2) of the Finance Act 1996, Fines must comprise qualifying material under the Landfill Tax (Qualifying Material) Order 2011.

These Regulations amend the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990 with respect to procedures to be followed by local authorities in respect to developments that may affect appearance of a conservation area.

These Regulations amend, in relation to England, the Town and Country Planning General Regulations 1992, in regulation 4A so as to redefine the requirement for an interested planning authority to refer to the Secretary of State for determination any applications for planning permission which they make which relate solely to the demolition of an unlisted building in a conservation area.

Areas of public forest and pasture maybe leased to public or private entities through public biddings. The designated bodies for examining and approving the awards, rules of procedure, and the type of activities allowed on these areas are provided for in the Instruction.

The main purpose of this Order is to grant planning permission for certain classes of development without the requirement for a planning application to be made under Part 3 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. Schedule 2 to this Order sets out these classes of development in detail.

These Regulations amend the Landfill Tax Regulations 1996 in regulation 31(3) concerning the maximum credit a landfill site operator may claim against annual landfill tax liability, in respect of qualifying contributions made to certain bodies concerned with the environment.

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Burgenland Building Ordinance 2008 (LGBl. No. 63/2008).

These Rules, made under the Forest, Soil and Water Conservation Act, provide with respect to management and protection of Crown lands, and in particular of forest resources on such land.
