This Law, consisting of 21 articles, creates the National Granting System of lands for agricultural, forestry or silvopastoril purpose, called «Bolsa de terras». This Law applies to rural lands according to their registration and subject to the legislation regulating the ownership transfer of goods.

This Law approves fiscal benefits to the use of agricultural, forestry and silvopastoril lands and to the promotion of the «Bolsa de terras». In particular, this Law establishes tax reductions aimed at stimulating the National Granting System of lands, amending the Fee Regulation for Land Registration, approved by Decree-Law No. 322-A/2001 of 14 December.

This Act introduces the Scottish Landfill Tax as the replacement for UK Landfill Tax in Scotland. The Scottish Landfill Tax is a tax which is charged on taxable disposals.

Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Area of cultural heritage may include land areas, land plots, shares of land plots. Boundaries of land areas of cultural heritage may not coincide with the boundaries of existing land plots”.

This Federal Law regulates relations in the sphere of conservation, management, promotion and state protection of the objects of cultural heritage and is aimed at implementation of the constitutional right of each person to have access to cultural heritage, and also conservation of the sources of information related to the origin and development of culture.

This Act sets regulations on the planning of land use and contributes that ensure the protection of the environment for sustainable human living conditions and preservation of animal and plant life.

La presente Ley de protección y uso sostenible del litoral, precisa el concepto de dominio público marítimo-terrestre, tanto en lo que se refiere a la zona marítimo-terrestre como a las playas.

La presente Ley modifica el Texto Refundido de las Leyes de Ordenación del Territorio de Canarias y de Espacios Naturales de Canarias, en aspectos relacionados con el régimen jurídico a aplicar a las instalaciones, construcciones y edificaciones, así como a los usos ya existentes.

This Law sets forth the principles and procedures of valuation of areas taken out of forest area borders on behalf of the Treasury and vending of agriculture lands owned by the Treasury. The Law also sets out the principles and procedures of creation of new forest areas, replacement of forest villagers and supporting the development of replaced forest villages.

This Law approves the National Directive for Territorial Planning (DNOT). This Directive, consisting of 4 Sections, specifies the basic legislation for territorial planning and its management, as established by Legislative Decree No. 1/2006.

This Act grants powers to the Minister to constitute Forest Reserves and lays down rules relative to acts in or in relation with such reserve. The Minister may constitute a Forest Reserve by Order published in the Official Gazette and may also direct, in the same manner, the cessation of a Reserve.
