Codesign was a major focus of work package 1 that deals with the Transdisciplinary co-creation of innovations in Agroecological Living Landscapes (ALLs) in the target countries during 2023. This report provides an overview of progress achieved in 2023 with respect to codesign of technological innovations in 7 countries (Zimbabwe, Kenya, Tunisia, Burkina Faso, Senegal, Peru, Laos).

This crop has been facing pests and diseases with limited efforts to address these issues. This rapid assessment conducted in spring 2023 helps to fill the gap in how the potato seed system is organized and functioning.

Sri Lanka experiences distinct monsoon seasons, the Southwest and Northeast monsoons, contributing to the risk of flooding and landslides in different regions. The Nuwara Eliya district, facing elevated threats of landslides and floods, underscores the importance of proactive measures such as Anticipatory Action (AA).

The workshop addressed how Anticipatory Action (AA) strengthens the disaster preparedness in Sri Lanka's vulnerable community for flood and landslide disasters, especially during monsoon seasons.
