Land Degradation & Development is an international journal which seeks to promote rational study of the recognition monitoring control and rehabilitation of degradation in terrestrial environments. The journal focuses on: what land degradation is; what causes land degradation; the impacts of land degradation the scale of land degradation; the history current status or future trends of land degradation; avoidance mitigation and control of land degradation; remedial actions to rehabilitate or restore degraded land; sustainable land management.

Economics of Land Degradation Initiative

EDL Initiative

The Economics of Land Degradation (ELD) Initiative is an initiative on the economic benefits of land and land based ecosystems. The initiative highlights the value of sustainable land management and provides a global approach for analysis of the economics of land degradation. It aims to make economics of land degradation an integral part of policy strategies and decision making by increasing the political and public awareness of the costs and benefits of land and land-based ecosystems.

El Programa SEDCERO es la acción coordinada de diversos actores sociales para garantizar el acceso a agua segura para consumo, producción y saneamiento en Argentina, Bolivia y Paraguay, especialmente en la región del Gran Chaco Americano. Para ello, el Programa busca incidir en políticas mejorar las capacidades actuales de resolución de problemas sociales a nivel de políticas, de gestión social y comunitaria.
