These Regulations provide rules for the removal of sand and gravel in the Corporate Area of the Kingston and St. Andrew Corporation. Removal of sand, gravel or other material from watercourses or river beds requires a licence from the Council of the Corporation to be granted in accordance with these Regulations.

La presente Ley establece el marco normativo que rige todo acto referente a tierras fiscales rurales. Objetivo último de la Ley es alcanzar la colonización de las tierras fiscales rurales mediante su entrega en propiedad, a fin de ser incorporadas a los procesos productivos, en explotaciones agropecuarias y forestales.
La presente Ley tiene por objeto definir una política de reordenamiento territorial, con el fin de garantizar: a) el aprovechamiento racional de los inmuebles rurales pertenecientes al dominio privado del Estado Provincial; b) posibilitar a sus ocupantes el acceso a la propiedad de la tierra; c) radicar en las áreas libres de ocupantes una nueva población que cuente con aptitud y vocación para su explotación. En particular, la Ley regula el procedimiento de regularización de la ocupación de las tierras y la colonización de áreas no ocupadas. El artículo 50 crea el Fondo de Colonización.
La presente Ley tiene por objetivo promover el desarrollo pleno de las comunidades aborígenes, fomentando su integración en la vida provincial y nacional. En este marco, la Ley regula, entre otros aspectos, la adjudicación de tierras, previo relevamiento de los asentamientos aborígenes existentes.

This Act amends the Base Lands Development Act 1996 in section 9 by redefining subsection (3) on lease of scheduled land by the Company and other subsections regarding approval and consent for such letting of land.
