This Act amends the Village Fono Act by inserting a new section 2A stating the objects of the Act and by inserting provisions and amending other provisions on the registration and administration of villages and the limitation of jurisdiction of Village Fono (in particular in respect of Government, freehold or leasehold land located within village land). A new section on structures and activities on village land for community purposes is also inserted.

These Regulations specify descriptions of land that need not be included in the register of land to be established and maintained by relevant authorities under section 94(1) of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015. It includes land used for water purposes. Section 94 requires each relevant authority to establish and maintain a register of specified land. The land is land which, to the best of the authority’s knowledge and belief, is owned or leased by a relevant authority.

The principal Act is amended by repealing and replacing section 3. This section allows the Minister to delegate to either any Minister of State appointed to assist the Minister, or to the Commissioner or any other senior officer of the Ministry responsible for Lands, his or her authority to carry out any of the functions under the provisions of this Act, other than sections 5(2) (Appointment of an advisory Committee), 23 (rules and regulations with respect to reserves created under section 6 of the principal Act), and 44 (Regulations to give effect to sections 41 to 46).

Mediante el presente Decreto se crea el Fondo de Asentamientos Humanos y se establece su entidad ejecutora. El Fondo está finalizado a financiar la ejecución de Programas de Asentamientos Humanos en lo referido a: a) identificación, organización y traslado de los beneficiarios; b) provisión de infraestructura provisional para el establecimiento de las familias beneficiarias; c) la implementación de servicios básicos en los núcleos de aposentamiento; d) la provisión y producción de alimentos para el autoconsumo en los primeros meses del aposentamiento.

The Act makes provision for various matters relating to customary land, private land and public land and powers of the Minister in respect of such land.

These By-laws, approved by the Minister in terms of section 90 of the Rural District Councils Act, shall apply to communal and resettlement land within the Makonde Rural District Council. They allow the Makonde Rural District Council to prepare a plan for- (a) all communal or resettlement land within the Council area; or (b) any ward or combination of wards in communal and resettlement land within the Council area; or (c) any part of award or wards in communal and resettlement land within the Council area. The By-laws set out the procedure for preparation and adoption of the Plan.

This Law is enacted with a view to protecting, developing and making rational use of grasslands, improving the ecological environment, maintaining the diversity of living things, modernizing animal husbandry and promoting the sustainable development of the economy and society.The grasslands are owned by the State, with the exception of the grasslands owned by collectives as provided for by law. The State-owned grasslands may be assigned for use to the units under the ownership by the whole people and to collective economic organizations.

These Rules of the National Land Commission implement provisions of the Land Registration Act in respect of expiry and renewal of leases. In order to determine whether to grant or decline to grant an extension, the Cabinet Secretary or the County Executive Committee Member responsible for matters relating to land of the respective county government shall consider various conditions.

This Law sets the necessary rules and provisions as regards the expropriation of land (the deprivation or restriction of property rights on immovable/real estate/land parcels and similar when required by the public interest, with a fair compensation).The expropriation procedure and the bodies for its implementation are also defined by this Law.The Law is divided into VI Chapters and 63 articles, including specific compensation issues (see Chapter V).
