The present Act introduces some amendments to the Saskatchewan Natural Resources Act (R.S.C. 1930, c. 41) which contains the Natural Resources Transfer Agreement (N.R.T.A.) whereby the Government of Canada agrees that provincial laws respecting game shall apply to the Indians within provincial boundaries in order to secure the continuance of the supply of game and fish for the support and subsistence of Indians.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development in the northern midland and mountainous region through 2020. The plan has the following objectives: ensure consistency with sectoral master plans; tap and bring into the fullest play all resources so as to attract development investment; expand markets, bolster exports; and boost economic development in a fast, effective and sustainable manner.

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Government shall have authority related to decision-making on public land tenders, allotment of plots of public land free of charge, application or cancellation of public servitude, reservation of land for public needs and conclusion of purchase and sale and lease contracts related to public land plots”.

This Regional Law establishes that land price in case of conclusion of purchase and sale contract pertaining to regional ownership or plot of land with undelimited public ownership shall be established by the Regional Government.

This Regional Law establishes cases of allotment of public or municipal land plots within the boundaries of urban areas to some categories of citizens free of charge, establishes maximum and minimum land area dimensions destined for allotment on such conditions and the modalities of registration of citizens pertaining to categories eligible for such allotment.

This Order amends Order No. 302/2004 providing new perimeters for the area subject to rural land parcelling in Mallorca Municipality.

La Ley consta de 13 artículos, 3 disposiciones complementarias, 4 finales y 2 transitorias. La Ley establece los principios generales necesarios para promover la inversión privada en el desarrollo de las actividades económicas en las tierras del territorio nacional y de las comunidades campesinas y nativas (art. 1º).

This Ministerial Decree regulates the modalities of lease of public forest land to natural and legal persons. Forested and unforested land can be granted on lease for reforestation in accordance with contract for the period of 10 years. The applicant shall submit the application form containing personal data, address, location of requested forest plot land to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Sub-lease of public forest land shall be prohibited.

This Resolution is composed of 2 articles. Article 1 decrees the destination of 238 Feddans (4200.833x238) square meters of the State ownership lands located in provinces of Cairo, Algiza and Alqallubia as illustrated in the attached map for the treatment of waste and for pig breeding.
