The purpose of the present Law is to lay down rules aimed at the establishment of the infrastructure for spatial information in Burgenland with a view to environmental policies and activities which may have an impact on the environment. For the purpose of the present Law “Infrastructure for spatial information” means metadata, spatial data sets and spatial data services; network services and technologies; agreements on sharing, access and use.

This Act amends the Deeds Registries Act by adding a new Part (VIII) on the establishment and operation of the electronic registry. It also inserts a new Schedule setting out a user agreement between the registrar and registered users, for the purpose of regulating the use of the electronic registry by registered users.

Law No. 78/2017 creating a simplified cadastral information system.

This Law, consisting of 34 articles divided into four Chapters, creates a simplified cadastral information system. It adopts measures for the immediate identification of the land structure and the ownership of the rural and mixed lands. In addition, it creates: a) Geo-referenced graphical representation procedure; b) Special procedure of registration of rural and mixed lands omitted; c) Procedure of identification and registration of a land with no owner. The land has a unique identifier, called the land identification number (NIP).

Article 33 of the Land Code (No. 2768-III of 2001) shall be amended to add the following wording: “Land plots allotted for smallholding can be transferred by citizens for tenancy by legal entities of Ukraine and used by them for agricultural commodity production, farming without changing the specific use of these land plots”. The Jamaica National Environmental Action Plan (JANEAP) is a national Plan with a multi-sectoral approach. The duration of the Plan is 3 years between 1999 and 2002. The main objective of the Plan is to ensure good environmental planning and management to contribute to the sustainable development.Regarding the biological resources, forestry, watershed management, protected areas and oceans the Plan provides for different actions to be taken. A Fisheries Management Plan and an Ocean and Coastal Zone Policy will be prepared and implemented.

This Decree makes several changes in Articles 4 and 5 regarding electronic registration systems and repeals Article 3 and Paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of Article 4. Furthermore this Decree amends Paragraph 1 of Article 4, which now reads “The reports include information on the quantity, quality and land use characteristics of lands (including irrigated land plots), as well as land ownership, use and lease."
