This Order, which, as from 1 May 2001, superseded the Land Registration Fees Order 1999, makes changes to land registration fees.The Order is divided into 5 Parts: General (I); Scale fees (II); Valuation (III); Fixed fees and exemptions (IV); General and administrative provisions (V).The scale that sets out the fees for applications for first registration of title to land and for transfers of registered land for monetary consideration, is shortened and the fees for applications within certain value bands are reduced (arts. 2 and 3; Schedule 1).

This Governmental Decree validates the Strategy for conservation and management of historical and cultural heritage for the period of 2015-2020". The list of historical and cultural heritage includes nature monuments. Arrangements for conservation and protection of historical and cultural heritage shall include annual inventory of the objects of historical and cultural heritage, scientific research for assessment of the value thereof, certification and registration.

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of registration of some categories of citizens eligible for allotment of public and municipal land plots free of charge in ownership, cancellation of such registration, modalities of allotment and reasons for refusal of allotment. Citizens registered of eligible for allotment of of public and municipal land plots free of charge in ownership shall be transferred such plot of land within the boundaries of his municipal unit of permanent residence in order of precedence.

This Regional Law regulates some issues of turnover of agricultural land and shares thereof in common property, and also the issues of classification of agricultural land as high-yielding agricultural land. It establishes minimum consolidated land plots of agricultural land as of 1,9 ha, and for drained agricultural land – 1 ha. It envisages expropriation of agricultural land plot in case of non-purposeful use thereof by the owner for the period of three years.

This Regional Law regulates the issues of conservation, management and promotion of the objects of cultural heritage. All the objects of cultural heritage located on the regional territory shall be subject to compulsory state registration. Objects of cultural heritage shall be subject to state protection thorough establishment and mapping of the boundaries and protection zones thereof. Cultural and historical reserves can be instituted by the Regional Government in accordance with historical and cultural expert opinion and opinion of local government.

The present Ordinance enforce the Ordinance on official cadastral survey of 30 March 1999. In particular, the Ordinance governs the coordination and responsibilities of the construction, operation and further development of the cantonal Spatial Data Infrastructure.

These Regulations repeal the Regulations for the Agricultural land Consolidation and Redistribution Regulations 1970-75 and replace them with new provisions. The publication of the list of land owners, the list of property assessment, etc., shall be done according to the sample forms attached in the present Regulations.

El presente Decreto Ley tiene como objeto establecer las normas para la organización y funcionamiento del Catastro Nacional, que es el sistema primario de informaciones constituidas por un conjunto de datos y descripciones de los bienes inmuebles urbanos y rurales, con expresión de ubicación, superficie, linderos con sus medidas, uso, valores y demás circunstancias físicas, económicas y jurídicas, a fin de obtener un conocimiento real del territorio nacional que sirva a los objetivos de dirección del desarrollo del país, y para ello se divide en Catastro Urbano y Catastro Rural.

El presente Decreto tiene por objeto establecer la información que contiene la certificación catastral, las relaciones entre el catastro y los registros públicos, la participación del Instituto de Planificación Física en el estudio y asesoramiento sobre las modificaciones de los límites a la División Político Administrativa, así como el procedimiento ante las inconformidades con las informaciones que brinda el catastro.

This Decree states that the protection of cultural heritage is a set of measures to prevent deformation, destruction, alteration of the structure and loss of cultural value. The state authorities and municipalities shall carry out control over the use, as well as ensure the identification, research, inventory, monitoring and protection of cultural heritage.

El presente Manual para la elaboración de planes reguladores costeros, como instrumento legal y técnico para alcanzar los objetivos de las políticas de ordenamiento territorial en procura de un desarrollo económico, social y ambiental equilibrado en la zona marítimo terrestre y áreas adyacentes.

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of calculation of lease, modalities and terms of payment of thereof for lease of land plots of public land set forth for different categories of public land. Lease payment shall be calculated in accordance with regional cadastre indices set forth for different categories of public land. Lease fees shall be calculated on annual basis. This Regional Law contains formulae for calculation of lease payments.
