These Regulations, made under the Land Consolidation Act, specify, in the Schedule, fees to be paid by each landowner whose name is contained in a Consolidation Register in respect of any consolidation area or section in any district specified in the first column of the Schedule. The Regulations also stipulate that no fee shall be refunded except by order of the Chief Land Registrar.

This Act provides for the registration of physical planners and establishes the Physical Planners Registration Board, which shall be responsible for regulating the activities and conduct of physical planners registered in accordance with the provisions of this Act. It requires the Minister to appoint a public officer as the Registrar of the Board and sets out conditions and qualifications for registration.
These Rules amend the Rules for the Property Valuers Profession in Annexure C.1 with respect to the power of the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession to impose additional requirements for the qualification as a registered property valuer and in Annexure C.2 with respect to qualifications for the registration as a single residential property assessor.

The contracting parties of the present Treaty (the Free State of Saxony and the Land Sachsen-Anhalt) shall cooperate in the operation of all matters concerning land use planning and spatial planning in the area of Halle – Leipzig. This Act concerns limitations applying to legal action such as actions of contract and tort; actions to recover land, registered title and rent; actions to recover money secured by a mortgage or charge or to recover proceeds of the sale of land; actions in respect of trust property or movable property of deceased person; and actions against the government and public authorities, etc. The Act also concerns the application of limitation law to arbitration, the acquisition of easements and registration of title to land or easement acquired under Act.
These Rules amend the Rules for the Property Valuers Profession in Annexure C.1 on admission examinations for professional valuers and in Part IV by inserting a new provision on renewal of registration.
