This Regional Law regulates the issues of state protection, conservation, management and promotion of the objects of cultural heritage. Objects of cultural heritage shall be classified as of federal, regional and local (municipal) significance. Regional Government shall be responsible for identification, classification, registration of the objects of cultural heritage and mapping of the boundaries of protection areas around them.

This Presidential Decree validates rates of payment for timber extraction in public forests and rate of payment for citizens extracting timber in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species. In case of cleaning cutting, referring to cutting of dead or damaged standing timber rate of payment shall be reduced by 50 percent and in other types of cleaning cutting rate of payment shall be reduced by 30 percent. Rate of payment includes land tax.

This Act lays down principles of protection of agricultural and forest land, recultivation and improvement of land quality. Agricultural lands are protected by: limitation of their allocation for other purposes; prevention from degradation and devastation; recultivation; and preservation of peat areas and natural water reservoirs. Forest lands are protected by: limitation of their allocation for other purposes; prevention from degradation and devastation; restoration of land value; and prevention from reduction of productivity.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of five articles and one Annex, lays down veterinary requirements for the marketing and disposal of organic fertilizers and soil improvers specified in art. 3 point 22 of the Regulation (EC) No. 1069/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down health rules as regards animal by-products and derived products not intended for human consumption and repealing Regulation (EC) No. 1774/2002 (Animal by-products Regulation).

This Regulation implements the Inclosed Lands Protection Act 1901. For the purposes of section 10 (2) and (6) of the above mentioned Act, the penalties prescribed for each offence under a provision of that Act is specified in a Table within Section 4 with related amount specified.

This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia lays down some amendments and addenda to the Decree on soil pollution caused by waste. In particular, the present Decree amends conditions of the use of excavated material (originally specified in art. 5 of the amended Decree), conditions of the use of artificially improved soil (art. 6) and details on environmental permit for the excavation or artificially improved soil (art. 9).

The objective of this Decree of this Government of the Republic of Slovenia is to minimize the effects of adverse environmental impacts of the lamndfill of waste, particularly due to the effects of pollution caused by emissions of substances in surface water, groundwater, soil and atmosphere, and in the context of global environmental pollution to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and prevent risks to human health.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to the permanent protection of soil against misappropriation in order to guarantee self-sufficiency and conserve the rural structures. The present Ordinance implements the Agriculture Act of 11 December 2008. In particular, the Ordinance regulates: a) public funding of certain buildings, facilities and soil improvements measures; b) authorization of irrigation facilities and drainage facilities in agricultural zones being without government aid.
