Le présent décret modifie et remplace les dispositions de l’article 48 du décret n° 2000-089 du 17 juillet 2000.Aux termes de l’article 48 nouveau, les personnes physiques ou morales, ayant acquis sur la base de permis d’occuper un ou plusieurs terrains par achat, échange ou cession gratuite, peuvent régulariser leur situation après paiement des droits d’enregistrement dans les délais prescrits s par le Code General des impôts.

These Regulations amend the Native Land Trust (Leases and Licences) Regulations in regulation 11 by repealing paragraph (1) and substituting that paragraph of these Regulations. They also repeal paragraph 3 of regulation 11. Paragraph (1) concerns the distribution of moneys received by the Native Lands Board by way of rents and premiums in respect of native land.

These Regulations make provision for the registration of common land and town or village greens under Part 1 of the Commons Act 2006. They apply to the registration areas (as defined in these Regulations) of the commons registration authorities in England specified in Schedule 1. Registers shall be kept by commons registration authorities. The Regulations concern, among other things, applications and proposals to amend the registers, including provision for the holding of public inquiries in appropriate cases.
