This Decree is composed of two articles. It regulates administrative aspects of Imbiriba indigenous land, located in the municipality of Porto Seguo, Bahia State. In particular, it provides geographical coordinates of the protected area.

This Decree is composed of five articles. It establishes the Chapada Limpa extractive reserve, located in the Municipality of Chapadinha, Maranhão State. The institution of an extractive reserve aims at granting a use and conservation of renewable natural resources traditionally used by resident people.

This Act concerns law in general applicable in Tuvalu and gives a definition of customary law and other sources of law. The Act also defines powers of the Attorney-General in relation to applied law.Customary law comprises the customs and usages, existing from time to time, of the natives of Tuvalu. Schedule 1 to this Act has effect with respect to the determination and recognition of customary law.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley para la protección de pueblos indígenas u originarios en situación de aislamiento y en situación de contacto inicial, estableciendo como ente rector a la Dirección General de Pueblos Originarios y Afroperuano (DGPOA) del Ministerio de la Mujer y Desarrollo Social (MIMDES).

El presente Acuerdo tiene por objeto reglamentar el uso y manejo de los terrenos comunales que hayan sido objeto del procedimiento de deslinde previsto en el Decreto Nº 2.663 de 1994 y en los que exista claridad respecto a los linderos.

El presente Decreto reglamenta la Ley Nº 1.152 de 2007 en lo relativo a la clarificación de la situación de las tierras desde el punto de vista de su propiedad y el deslinde de las tierras del dominio de la Nación, con el objeto de identificar las que pertenecen a la Nación, calificar y definir la eficacia jurídica de los títulos y demás documentos que en relación con el derecho de propiedad que presenten los particulares.

Le présent décret fixe les conditions générales d’attribution, d’occupation et d’exploitation des zones pastorales aménagées par l’Etat ou les collectivités locales. Il est mis en place, pour chaque zone pastorale aménagée, une commission d’attribution des parcelles par arrêté du ou des Haut(s) Commissaire(s) concernés. La commission d’attribution des parcelles est chargée de l’examen des dossiers de demande d’attribution ou de proposition de ré-attribution de parcelles qui lui sont soumis.

Le présent décret détermine, en application des dispositions de la loi n° 034/2002/AN du 14 novembre 2002, les conditions d’exercice des droits d’usage pour l’exploitation des ressources pastorales dans les espaces pastoraux.

This Act continues to make provision with respect to the registration, use and tenure of common land, the management and control of agricultural activities, vegetation, the exercise of rights of common on common land and related matters.The commons registration authorities shall continue to keep registers of common land and town or village greens and may deregister common land and make other amendments in respect of the register as provided for in this Act.The appropriate national authority shall have the powers to establish commons councils with functions related to the management of agric

This Act makes provision for the adjudication of rights with respect to village land in relation with the settlement and resettlement of peoples in villages for the purposes of a policy promoting the development of villages. The Act also declares rights held under customary law to be extinguished. The Minister may establish a tribunal in areas where the Customary Leaseholds (Enfranchisement) Act, 1968 does not apply. Such a tribunal shall have the power to determine disputes regarding village land.

This Act amends the Customary Leaseholds (Enfranchisement) Act, 1968 by changing the definitions of “landlord” and “tenant” and by providing anew for the appeal with the Minister against a decision of the Customary Land Tribunal.
