Registration of Titles Act 1924 (Cap. 230).

This Act makes provision with respect to the registration of and certification and rectification of titles respecting land. It also provides rules relative to lease of land and other matters regarding land such as mortgage and legal actions regarding land and the bringing of land under this Act. Certificates of title shall be in one of the forms in the Third Schedule to this Act.

Brandenburg Spatial Information and Survey Law.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to geo-information and surveying in the Land Brandenburg. Part 1 concerns geo-information and Part 2 deals with official surveying. Part 2 consists of 5 chapters as follows: Tasks, contents and of geo-information systems (1); Cadastre procleedings (2); Rights and duties (3); Competence, tasks and special inspection (4); Final provisions (5).

Survey and Cadastre Law.

The present Law lays down provisions dealing with the measurement and survey of land, as well as with the Land Cadastre. Article 1 establishes that the Survey Service shall create and conserve a geodetic basis for a general land survey, record and describe the national territory in geographical information systems and represent it in topographic maps, and run the archive of territorial aerial view. The text consists of 16 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: Ordnance Service (I); Cadastre (II); Common provisions (III).

Soil Valuation Act.

The purpose of the present Act is to create a uniforme basis for the valuation of agricultural crop land with a view to taxation. Furthermore, the land valuation also serves , inter alia, for the protection of soil and to set up a soil information system. The text consists of 20 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Special provisions on land valuation (1); Special valuation provisions (2); Proceedings provisions (3); Valuation committee, valuation board (4); Final provisions (5).

Regulations made under the Sectional Titles Act, 1986.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Sectional Titles Act in relation with a wide variety of matters including: preparation of draft section plans, submission of a draft sectional plan to Surveyor‐General; certificates of title, sectional title registers, registration and certification of transfers and subdivisions and sectional mortgage bonds.

Ley Nº 59 - Crea la Autoridad Nacional de Administración de Tierras.

La presente Ley crea la Autoridad Nacional de Administración de Tierras, que unifica las competencias de la Dirección general de Catastro, la Dirección Nacional de Reforma Agraria, el Programa nacional de administración de tierras y el Instituto Geográfico Nacional Tommy Guardia, con la finalidad de que regule y asegure el cumplimiento y aplicación de las políticas, leyes y reglamentos en materia de tierras y demás bienes inmuebles.

Apartment Ownership Act.

For the purposes of this Act, the objects of common ownership are a plot of land and such parts and equipment of a structure which are not part of the physical share of any apartment ownership and are not in the ownership of a third person. Immovable property ownership the object of which is a plot of land together with a structure or a structure to be built thereon may be divided into apartmentownerships. Apartment ownership is created by entry in the land register.

Apartment Associations Act.

The Apartment Associations Act provides for differences in legal status, bases of activity and termination of apartment associations. An apartment association is a non-profit association established by apartment owners for the purpose of shared management of the legal shares of the buildings and plot of land which are part of the object of apartment ownership and representation of the sharedinterests of the members of the apartment association.
