Geophysical Exploration Regulation (B.C. Reg. 280/2010).
The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to geological and geophysical surveys and activities and provides information and data to be used by government and industry to analyze and evaluate the potential for oil and gas resources and potential geologic hazards of offshore areas.
