The purpose of this Act is to prescribe matters necessary for the observation of, prevention of, provision against, and action against earthquakes, tsunami, and volcano, earthquake-proof measures, and research and technical development to reduce earthquake disasters and volcano disasters in order to protect the life and property of the people and major infrastructure from disasters due to earthquakes, tsunami, and volcano.

This Act provides rules relative to the carrying out of land survey and creates the Land Surveyors Board. The Board shall maintain a register of surveyors, determine the qualifications and experience of surveyors and hear and determine disciplinary proceedings against surveyors in accordance with the provisions of this Act.

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Territorial land-use planning scheme shall contain provisions related to territorial planning and mapping of objects intended for location at regional and inter-municipal levels”.

This Decree-Law, consisting of three Chapters and one Annex, establishes the organization and functioning norms of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Territorial Planning and Housing (MIOTH).

La presente Resolución delega la función de conocimiento y cartografía geológica del subsuelo en el Servicio Geológico Colombiano hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2018. The Article 8, 34 and 175 of the Land Law are canceled. Article 172 is amended as: The land value tax shall be levied on the landowner. In the case of any land subject to dien, the said tax shall be paid by the dien-holder. The Article 34-1 is also amended. For the disposal of ownership, or changes of, or setting encumbrance of superficies, agricultural right, servitude of real property, or dien over co-owned land or constructional improvements, the consent of more than half of the Co-owners whose holding of ownership is more than half of the total share shall be required.

La présente loi adopte le Schéma Directeur d'Aménagement et d'Urbanisme (USDAU) de l'agglomération de Djibouti. Le Schéma Directeur d'Aménagement et d'Urbanisme de Djibouti s'applique dans le périmètre délimité tel que figuré dans les plans joints dans le document et s'étend dans ses limites Sud, sur certaines zones de la Région d'Arta. Les coordonnées géographiques du SDAU sont déclinées dans le tableau en annexe.

This Regional Decree establishes the modalities of performance of municipal land control by local government. Municipal land control shall be conducted in the form of ordinary and extraordinary inspections of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs. The subject of inspection shall be checking data and information contained in the documentation related to land tenure, to ensure availability and conservation of landmarks.

The purpose of this Decree is to provide for matters delegated by the Framework Act on the National Land and other matters necessary to implement such delegated matters.

These Regulations implement various provisions of the land Surveyors Act.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Land Survey Ordinance with respect to land survey and contain rules for the conduct of land surveys and drawing of relevant plans. They also concern resolution of disputes between the Chief Surveyor and authorised surveyors, the presentation of surveys and checking and authentication of surveys by the Chief Surveyor.
