La présente loi a pour objectif, en conformité avec les principes de la politique agricole commune, de promouvoir une agriculture multifonctionnelle, durable et compétitive en liaison avec un développement intégré des zones rurales. Le texte comprend 4 titres répartis en 69 articles: Objectif et définitions (Ier); Encouragement à l’adaptation et au développement du secteur agricole (II).

In order to comply with Council Directive 91/676/EEC concerning protection of water waters against pollution of nitrate from agricultural sources the norms regarding the use of nitrates are sharpened and charges increased by the present Act.

En el marco de la política pública de fomento del desarrollo sustentable y de la conservación de los terrenos de alto valor ecológico, la presente Ley crea el Fondo para la Adquisición y Conservación de Terrenos de Puerto Rico.

This Law establishes legal grounds for the forest reclamation of degraded land and the procedure of identification of the aforesaid land. This Law shall be applicable to degraded land irrespectively of the form of ownership that can be subject to forest reclamation for the purpose of soil improvement and hydrological and environmental re-balancing.

The purpose of the Act is to establish parks to provide for the protection and management of areas of territorial significance and to encourage public understanding, appreciation and enjoyment of the Yukon’s natural environment (sect. 1).

This Act provides for the designation and management of “development areas”. Under section 2, the Commissioner in Executive Council “may designate as a development area “any area in the Yukon where it is considered necessary in the public interest to regulate the orderly development of such area”.

La presente Ley establece normas relacionadas con el Subsidio Familiar para Vivienda de Interés Social, que adjudique el Instituto Nacional para Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana (INURBE), que se otorgarán entre los postulantes para el plan que se esté adjudicando, con sujeción a los principios de economía, celeridad, eficacia, imparcialidad y publicidad.

La presente Ley del Plan de Ordenación del Litoral, tiene por objeto la aprobación del Plan de Ordenación del Litoral, con la finalidad de dotar de una protección integral y efectiva a la franja costera, así como el establecimiento de criterios para la ordenación del territorio de los municipios costeros de Cantabria.

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of classification of land areas as protected areas, specifying that the following land categories shall be considered protected areas: (a) protected natural territories; (b) environmental protection land; (c) recreational land areas; (d) land of historical and cultural heritage; and (e) particularly valuable land.

This Code grants every citizen the right to a favourable environment ensured by sound land use planning through: (a) state regulation of land use planning activities; (b) planning of urban land; (c) compensation for damages resulting from violation of land use planning legislation; and (d) liability.

Article 1 of the above-mentioned Law establishes that the division of forest land as a result of which a remaining part of land would reach no longer the minimum size for forestry management is forbidden. The minimum size is 1 ha and a minimum width of 40 m.
