El presente Acuerdo apruébale Reglamento tiene por objeto definir los procedimientos generales y específicos del proceso de regularización que utilizará el Fondo de Tierras (FONTIERRAS) para dar cumplimiento a lo establecido en la Ley del Fondo de Tierras.

The present Regulation implements the Land Consolidation Act in its version of 16 March 1976 (BGBl. I p. 546) and the Agricultural Adaption Act in its version of 3 July 1991 (BGBl. I p. 1418).

Any owner, whose return has been rejected under section 7 of the Land Tax Act and for which an assessment has been made, may object to the valuation with the Commissioner of Lands and Surveys who may refer the matter to the Judge in Chambers (sect. 11). The notice of appeal required by section 11 of the Land Tax Act shall be in Form 1 in the Schedule hereto.

These Measures are made to improve the investigation and handling of disputes over land title, protect the legitimate rights and interests of the parties concerned and to safeguard the public ownership of land.The land and resources administrative department at or above the county level shall be responsible for investigating and mediating the cases on disputes over land title.

This Order, made under article 12 of the Compulsory Purchase of Land (Procedure) (Jersey) Law 1961, sets out the procedure to be observed in proceedings of the Board of Arbitrators created under the Law to determine questions regarding compensation for land compulsorily acquired.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Land Survey Act in relation with survey operations (presentation of survey to the Chief Surveyor, marks, units of measurement, measurement instruments, calculations, etc.), survey plans and disputes regarding surveys.

These Rules, made under section 11 of the Commonage Act, concern commoners in the Savannah Sound area. The Rules require commoners to register with the Commissioner and specify conditions for registration as a commoner and the application for land by a commoner.

El presente Decreto modifica el que dispone que el Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria (INCORA) administre en nombre del Estado las tierras baldías de propiedad nacional, y en virtud de esa atribución pueda adjudicarlas, celebrar contratos, constituir reservas y adelantar colonizaciones sobre ellas, en relación al procedimiento y requisitos para la adjudicación de un terreno baldío.

The Government, for the purpose of putting into order state cadastre valuation of land on the territory of the Russian Federation, decrees to validate the Regulation.
