The Act has been amended as per the deletion and substitution of paragraph 1 and the insertion of a new paragraph 1A; paragraph 2, 3 and 4 underwent minor changes in terms of substitution of sentences and some additions. Any application made or pending and any order or decision of and any right of appeal of a Strata Titles Board prior to 1st May 2004 shall not be affected.

This Chapter concerns the procedures for the application for a permit “to excavate, fill or borrow” tidelands, defines traditional and customary rights of the people of the Chuuk State in respect of tidelands and the granting of (ownership) rights in respect of such land by the State to people of Chuuk.

This Act provides for the administration of small estates in case of an owner dying intestate or with a will leaving a small estate. "Small estates" means all property, real and personal of a deceased person which does not exceed a specified value. Persons specified in section 3 may apply to the Registrar to be appointed as administrator.

This Act makes provision for the administration of (intestate) estates by persons appointed as administrators under this Act or by (probate of) will and also concerns other related matters of inheritance.

La presente Ley del Estado de México reconoce y regula los derechos de los pueblos y comunidades indígenas y originarias, asentadas de manera continua en localidades y municipios de la entidad. Entre los derechos reconocidos se contemplan los relacionados con la tierra (arts. 46-49) y con el aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales (arts. 50-57).

This Act amends the Administration of Estates Act, 1965 so as to provide that amounts of money to be established for purposes of sections 18, 28, 30, 34 80, 90, 91, 93, 102 and 103 of the principal Act shall be prescribed by Regulation.

This Act: makes provision for the appointment of the Administrator-General for Jamaica by the Governor-General; defines functions and powers of the Administrator-General and provides with respect to the functioning of the Administrator-General and relevant judicial and administrative procedures, especially in respect of the administration of estates.

This Law, composed of 89 articles divided in 5 chapters, regulates the general principles on land rights. In particular, the Law rules on: property rights, rural community rights, natural resources’ use and protection measures, land expropriation, land concession, territorial planning, land classification, and registration procedures.

This Law provides rules relative to the administration of the estate of a deceased person. It, among other things: defines the jurisdiction of the Royal Court in relation to probates and administrations; makes provision with respect to the procedure of grant of probate and administration; and provides for the recovery and distribution of an estate.

This Law abolishes any rule of customary law affirming that a contract passed before the Royal Court for the transfer of immovable property may be annulled, at the instance of the heirs or devisees, as the case may be, of the transferor, if he or she dies within 40 days of the passing of the contract.
