La presente Ley tiene como objeto señalar las competencias, responsabilidades y funciones de las entidades del orden nacional y territorial, y la confluencia del sector privado en el desarrollo de los proyectos de vivienda de interés social y proyectos de vivienda de interés prioritario destinados a las familias de menores recursos, la promoción del desarrollo territorial, así como incentivar el sistema especializado de financiación de vivienda.

Ley Nº 3/2012 - Modifica la Ley Nº 2/2001, Ley de Ordenación Territorial y Régimen Urbanístico del Suelo de Cantabria.

La presente Ley modifica la que tiene por objeto la regulación de los instrumentos de ordenación territorial, el uso del suelo y la actividad urbanística en la Comunidad Autónoma de Cantabria, en relación a los usos del suelo rústico que, respetando la necesaria protección de esta clase de suelo, permitan su puesta en valor y hagan posible darle un destino que coadyuve tanto a un desarrollo sostenible como a la dinamización de los núcleos rurales.

Public Lands Oil and Gas Regulations (C.R.C., c. 1326).

The present Regulations enforce the Federal Real Property and Federal Immovables Act (S.C. 1991, c. 50). In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the leasing of oil and gas rights located on certain public lands. Section 3 establishes that subject to these Regulations, the Minister may, by way of lease, grant to any person the exclusive right to search for and take oil and gas within and under lands in the Provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec. The text consists of 3 sections.

The present Regulations enforce the Territorial Lands Act (R.S. 1985, c. T-7). The Regulations apply only to territorial lands under the control, management and administration of the Minister. Section 4 establishes that every application to lease or purchase territorial lands shall be made to the land agent for the area in which the land is situated and shall be accompanied by the application fee set out in the Schedule.

The present Regulations enforce the Territorial Lands Act (R.S. 1985, c. T-7) and the Federal Real Property and Federal Immovable Act (S.C. 1991, c. 50). In particular the Regulations lays down provisions relating to the administration and disposition of oil and gas belonging to Her Majesty in right of Canada under all lands forming part of Canada but not within any province. Section 3 establishes that these Regulations apply only to Canada lands that are under the control, management and administration of the Minister.

Section 3 establishes that the Minister may, by way of lease, grant to any person the exclusive right to search for, win and take one or more minerals, the property of the Crown in right of Canada, within, upon or under lands in any province. This Regional Law establishes the particulars of turnover of agricultural land the beginning of privatization of public and municipal land from 1 March 2005. Minimum dimension of consolidated newly formed land parcel shall be 200 ha. Minimum dimension of land parcels for private farming (horticulture) shall be 2 ha, and minimum dimension of land parcels for other purposes shall be 50 ha (art. 6). Unused or used non-purposefully land parcels shall be subject to compulsory expropriation (art. 8).
